Good day everyone. So after being out of the gym for 6 years. In November 2017 I decided I needed to get back to looking and feeling healthy. I've been at it for 5 months and I was hoping I could get an estimate of my body fat starting and what my body fat is currently at. I appreciate all the help in advance.
I'm 5' 10''
Before (November 2017): Picture on the left
Weight: 196lbs
Now (March 2018): Picture on the right
Weight: 165lbs
I was kind of flexing in the current picture. FYI
Thanks
Hey guys, new to the forum, been working out now since September last year and I’ve managaed to lose some fat and put on some muscle,
currently about 150lb 5ft 7 and have been eating a calorie deficit for a while now,
basically I need to add size but I’m just wondering if it’s reasonable to start doing that now or if I should cut down a bit more first,
Cheers

PartyRocking, i dont agree with your evaluation of theBrave89's body fat. Dude looks leaner than 14%, has some abdominal definition but lots of vascularity and little fat overall. I think a 12-13% estimation would be more fair?
This is an old photo, but I am curious to know what my body fat was back then:
Height: 6'1"
Weight: Unsure, I estimate somewhere close to 190 lbs
...
Won't let me post the image. Why do I need 50 posts in order to post an image?

The difference between 12-14% is a few pounds. Also, look at his legs; they lack in definition compared to his upper body.

I'd love an estimate:
187 cm tall (6'1.5'')
91.3 kg (200.9) -> 87.6 kg (192.8)
My current lowest weight is from last friday at 84.8 kg but i took the latest picture today and i'm holding some water.
I know what i need to do, i got my body fat checked a week ago at the gym (tanita + calipers) but it's WAY OFF reality (like sub 20% LOL), i trust you guys more.
Thank you.
Anyone mind giving me an estimate of where I’m at? I have before and after photos in my profile

I'd say you were 18-20% in the first picture and about 15% now. IMO, if you cut 10-15lbs, you'll have better ab definition. You have a good base.

I’d say it’s a bit higher, tbh. More like 18% or so. You have a lot of muscle, which means you can start to see your abs at a higher body fat percentage.

Hello. Long time reader, first time poster.
The short version: I have no idea what my current body fat percentage is, and was wondering if I could get some opinions? My only source is my Body Analyzer scale. It is a good guide, but I do not wholeheartedly trust it for obvious reasons. (Normal Mode: 18% / Athletic Mode: 14.5%)
Height: 5'10"
Age: 30
200+ lbs. in January 2017.
172 lbs. Currently
2000 - 2300 Calories per day (173 Protein / 259 Carbs / 64 Fat)
In deficit to lower body fat percentage to 12-14% range, then would bulk at surplus (2700). I do strength training with heavy reps and more weight since gaining mass and hypertrophy won't become a factor until I start eating for it. Cardio once a week for 20 minutes averaged at 6 MPH @ 5% incline.
Can I get a body fat estimate please?

Hello!
What do you guys think is my bodyfat estimate and how long would it take to cut down to 10% with a strict diet?

Weight 190 pounds or 86kg

Alright since my last post a few weeks ago I dropped to 153 at 5'9" down from 157. Not a huge weight loss, but I'm starting to realize my weight at 10-12% is going to be lower than I originally thought. Likely in the low 140s if not lower, and another 2 or so months. Would you mind giving me another estimate? Appreciated.
Hello there!
Could you estimate mine? I'm 197/5'10, went down 12 lbs from 209 lbs in a month and it's going okay. 16" bicep, 45" chest, 36" waist. The point is I have no idea what my lean body mass will be with visible abs and all. I think I'm 23% now so I've to drop 30 lbs more in few months. But I don't know if im overestimating.
Also, what should I bulk up to? I'm 120 lbs and 13% according to your estimate 5'7
I'd go up to 140. If you gain around 2lbs/month, you should be able to stay fairly lean.
