To lean bulk or carry on cutting down to lose lower back fat?
Hi,
I would like my bodyfat percentage estimated.
I feel im pretty lean now but want advice if i should carry on cutting to lose the lower back fat or if i should focus on getting more lean mass before i go any further?
got a picture flexed, unflexed and from the back showing the lower back fat thats left.

When I had my body fat checked I was around 23%, been working hard at it and I plateaued at one point, but with some help and few tips i was able to get it down to around 12% now.
found some other helpful tips here, hope they can help someone else
