Chest is a bit odd because i had gyno on one side a few years ago from puberty. They removed it and liposuctioned around so i wouldnt have a crater. Then i gained weight.
I really appreciate anyone who can take the time to help!

I’d say about 13% in the first pic, but you look more like 15% in the last one.
Around 15%
Misread your post. I thought you were around 200lbs in that pic. Cut to 165-170 and then re-evaluate.
Should I cut, maintain or bulk? I'm currently cutting and doing the Allpro program, and I'm losing some fat and building a tiny bit of muscles (I'm lifting for a month right now), I was first 95kg with only fat a few months ago (June).

I would maintain for now. As a new lifter, you should be able to recomp for a little while. Once you start stalling on your lifts, then start bulking.

you need to start lifting weights asap.
you bodyfat is relatevely low, maybe 13-15% as PartyRcoking already stated but it looks bad because you barely have any muscle mass.
dont worry about cutting anymore, start lifting heavy, get a good plan and go on a lean bulk for at least a year, then you can cut.

Thanks for the help, I plan on cutting down to about 165 then bulking from there. I think Im too fat to bulk or recomp.

Also I know most of you seem to suggest bulking til the cows come home and not cut until you're huge, but I am wondering if anyone thinks it is acceptable to cut at this point? I personally am planning on cutting soon as I have a lot less psychological tolerance for carrying around fat than the average person and spent years focusing on long distance running before I got into weights and was way leaner and IMO I looked better (my face always seems to get fat first). Ignore the apt I'm workin on it

Body fat % estimate?
I am 23. 5'10.5 and 158 pounds.
When taking the 3 site BF test, I always get weird results because I have little fat on the chest and thigh areas (<10) but around 14-16 mm at the belly.
Also, should I bulk or cut?

Alright, so I estimate myself to be right around 15% body fat, but I would like others opinions to see if I'm keeping myself honest. My height is 5, 11' and weigh around 167 pounds but I suspect I'm carrying more water weight than usual post Thanksgiving diet (I was 161 pre Thanksgiving, but low on carbs and salt). I plan to cut to 155 - 150 (hoping that will be 10% BF), and then lean bulk.

16% I could cut a little bit, like down to 150 and then bulk.

About 16% You should be ready to bulk by the time you hit 155.

Can you take a picture with more light in the room?

Help!
Hey,
I'm new here. I am heavily out of shape, as in I'm extremely skinny fat. But I've decided to start eating proper food and start weight training in the morning as part of my weekly routine and get myself hopefully to atleast 10% bodyfat within the next 3-5 years. I got my macros and diet ready. I am starting the fierce five routine tomorrow and have decided to cut for 3 months and try to maximize my newbie gains. And if I can get my b/f to around 18%, start bulking for a year.
Here are my pics, would someone be kind enough to estimate my body fat? I'm thinking I'll be around 30%?
Is my plan correct? As in, first I should focus on cutting to around 18% right? or should I bulk straight away?
Any help would be appreciated. I'm kind of short at 5'7 and weigh 154 pounds. (I know, i'm in horrible shape)
Regards,
Tomaz

30% looks about right. Cut until you’re under 15%. It may take longer than 3 months. Other than that, your plan looks good.

Hey guys. Would appreciate an estimate on my recent progress.
Currently: 170.2 lbs (5 11-6’)

Cut down from 232 lbs... not sure how much more weight to cut.
