Can I have an estimate ?

Pics on progress
Hi, I’m 5ft 8inches and 167lbs average weight. Pics in body space front and side.
I tried to start a bulk after last bodyfat inquiry but felt too bloated so started a cut November 1st or so. I still think I am 20% bodyfat. Don’t see any visual changes unfortunately.
I am getting stronger in my lifts but I feel I still look the same and muscle still looks the same.
What bodyfat do you think I am do you see any muscle improvement in the last 2 or 3 months?
Thanks much bro!! Great help having all this help and feedback!
After about 6 months of dedication, I feel honored to be able to finally post in this thread.
34 years old, 6'2" lost about 50lbs over 6 months, went from obese to normal BMI mainly by intermittent fasting, hardly any lifting or any type of exercise.
What is my estimated body fat %? My goal is to get to 12-14% body fat before I start lifting

Hard to tell from the small avi pic but around 13-14% seems about right.
I would say near enough 12-13%.
Thank you man! I know I’m not supposed to be asking for advice here, but you say I’m lean enough to bulk? I was told 10% is ideal for starting a bulk so that you have a lot of time and leeway before you hit 15% where people who want aesthetics over size should stop bulking. But I’m having trouble getting past this, so I just wonder if you think it’s time I just started lean bulking or keep cutting?b
I'm 19 years old. 6'2 ft and 231 lbs.
I've been lifting for the last 2 years but never paid attention to nutrition. So I have decent sized muscles but the definition sucks when I'm not flexing.
I'm unable to attach pictures coz I dont have 50 posts, so pls check out the picture in my gallery. And pls give me an estimate of what body fat percentage I'm currently at? And how long it will take to get to around 15%?

In the last few months yes there is improvement. Since your last request no.
You are at the stage where you need to pick one path and follow it now. You can't switch between bulk and cut month by month or you will end up spinning your wheels. I know you are conscious that people say you look too small already but unfortunately you will have to accept this if you wish to be leaner.

You would need to be in the area of 80-84kg would get you near 12-14%. I would advise weight training.

Yes you are ready to bulk. I personally don't aim to go as low as 10% when I bulk I usually work in the range of around 12-18%. The 10% is for individuals who have enough mass to look good even at 15% just not defined, for the rest of us we need to stretch our optimal muscle growth a bit longer and not be as strict on the cut.
If you aim to gain 1-2lbs only a month this will mainly be muscle providing you are following a decent weight training program.

Around 25%.
To be in the 15% bracket you are looking at being below 200lbs (around 190-200lbs) how long that will take depends on your caloric deficit.

You the best man! Really appreciate it. Lean bulk it is. I’ve just been spinning my wheels for years now and thought getting really lean and doing a really slow bulk will help me get out of this rut. Now I’m off to go on the lean bulk you described. Really good point btw on the people who have enough lean mass to look at 10% I certainly don’t lol.
I've been cutting for a while now. Started fat at 110 kg, cut down to 86 kg without doing any exercise and became skinny fat, then cut down to where I am now, 172 lbs / 78 kg.
I bench 87,5kg x 5, DL 110x5. Haven't begun squatting yet as I do not have a squat rack at my home gym, but will move to a gym with one soon.
Weight: 172 lbs / 78 kg
Height: 6'2 / 188,5 cm
Age: 22
Also, should I bulk or cut?

Don't worry a lot of people don't including myself. Have been to around 10% and lower before and it does look pretty lean but its mainly just skinny and small not ripped as most people expect (well for me it was). Hoovering below the 20% bracket is perfectly fine (to end the bulk) depending how long you wish to bulk combined with secondary goals such as max strength.
As long as you take your bulk slowly and control your caloric surplus (around 200-400 calories over maintenance TDEE) you will not have to worry too much about excess fat gain, yes some will come and you definition will come less noticeable but that is mainly just water weight.

16%.
Bulk for certain cutting anymore will just make you look skinny not lean. Aim to add around 2lb a month in weight whilst following a decent progressive weight training program.

Bulk no question.

Height: 6'3

Both pics are no pump in the morning. Have shoulder and upper chest striations when pumped and flexing hard. Abs are trash bc I never train them like I should.
Been taking training and dieting seriously for about 9 months now. Before I only lifted when I had to for sports and ate like garbage.

Thread is still alive and thriving. That's nice to see.
I've been training harder than ever before but have not been counting calories at all. I just cut out candy/icecream and junkfood in general and figured that I would be fine. However I weighed myself at 83 kg this morning. Is this just waterweight etc or should I just start cutting again to 78 kg?

Also could I get an estimate on the last pic from January. I would like to know what % I was at when I started compared to now. I was 90 kg at the time.
Thanks.

No you don't need to cut your bf%is around 16-17% based on those pics which seem to have slightly better lighting then your previous estimate here:-

So a gain of 3kg in 2 months seems pretty OK to me slightly a tad too fast but bulks aren't perfect and most people will add some fat no matter what. Have you been getting stronger and increasing workout volume?
If you are concerned just remove one extra thing from your daily eating schedule if you don't want to count calories that will cause the same effect really (200-300 calories reduction daily). But honestly you don't have much to worry about IMO.
Your beginning fat percentage was around 19-20%.

Thanks for always being so helpful. Yeah, my strength has been going up, especially on my benchpress which is why I was a bit worried since that could be an indication that I've gained fat. I think i'm just gonna continue with program if i'm still at 16-17%. Cheers.

I would say around 15-16%. I would think bulking would be the better option as cutting too lean may end making you appear small not lean.
15-16%.
And now how much of bf do you think I have? 1.81m and 79kg. I've lost 4 kg since then
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 150.5 lbs.
Was wondering if I could get a body fat percentage estimate. Was also wondering what people would think of me doing a cut to remove my remaining my stubborn fat, then ultra lean bulking and trying to gain about 0.66 lbs. a week - perhaps until I reach a similar body fat percentage.

13% around about.
I wouldn't bother it would just make you look small and offer no aid from a visual perspective. I would bulk from here on a decent weight training program.
Hi guys been cutting for 12 weeks now, just wondering an estimate for my current bodyfat, just abit confused how to go about it without being bias.

Hi, What is my body fat percentage? Would this be around 16 percent?
I am 5'5" currently weight at 157 and got a decent amount of muscle, however, I lost a lot of strength in the past few months because I lost a lot of weight.
