I am 5' 9.5" and weigh 160 pounds. I have cut down from 173 pounds. Planning to continue cut for a bit and then do a long clean bulk. I have not seen my lifts decrease at all while cutting but energy got low and then I took a week off and now got back into it. What do you think my current body fat percentage is? One photo is me flexing the other just standing there. The gut is annoying it's what I want gone the most and has gone down a good bit since I started cutting. Photos in attachments.
Thank you for all advice!

Your genetic/hormonal distribution pattern seems to make you store more fat in the abdomen area, less around the hips/butt compared to the average. Overall about 25%BF.

Looks to be 19%BF. Lower abdomen is a common problem area for men. Keep it up!
Hello. Can I please get an estimate? Thanks in advance. The photos attached.
About 23%BF.
Hmm I got the same answer last time I posted. and i was 10-15lbs heavier then. What could i do to burn more fat? other than lift and cut calories? I'm already doing that and its working weight wise.
hello lads,
please estimate, 176cm-5'9''
a bit of sunburn

If that was by the march pic from your bodyspace, I'll have to be honest and tell you that you were closer to 27%BF back then... don't blame whoever estimated you, as it's really hard to determine hidden mass (i could be wrong aswell today, but time will tell).
You have done a great job in losing 10-15lbs and whatever you are doing in terms of lifting/diet obviously works. So keep it up, do more of the same if you stall, and stay patient!

Around 14%BF.

In the range 16-17%BF.
Heya guys,
just under 2 months into my weight loss journey and a little disheartening to be honest.
My starting weight was 249 pounds and my current weight now is 214 pounds. I’m 185cm and I’m actually pretty fit. Before I had the physique of say a wrestler and I just wanted to cut fat. I’ve been doing Keto, I intermittent fasting everyday, a 24 hour fast every week and 48 hour fast every second week. I only eat one meal a day and haven’t touched a carb or sugar macro in 2 months.
It seems I may have not lost any fat at all. How is that possible? Anyway would like to get your thoughts of my body fat percentage as a starting point from here. Any tips welcome

Really? I was thinking I was closer to 16% even at 160 pound 5 9.5 it seems the only major fat is lower abdomen I have very little fat in arms or rest of body.
5 9 167.8 20
Next four pics in body space (2 front/ 2 back)
Bench 225 3x6
Squat 325 3x5
Military 175 3x8
Current plan is too hit some strength goals at 175lbs
Want to hit:
Bench 315
Squat 405 (might be close)
Military 225 (might be close)
This would probably involve bulking to 185–190 and then cutting.
Search for com.nmarsollier.fitfat in Google play store.
This is my app to calculate and track my fat, meant to be used with calipers, good option for those that wants something simple that just work without any add on publiciry. I'm developing it. Feedback is always good.
In the range 16-17%BF.
Thanks Tucane,
I'm curious what signs do you use for your estimate? I thought I'd be somewhere on the other side of 15%
Hey, could i get an estimated before and after for my 8 week cut (6 week without diet breaks)
https://imgur.com/a/onKPj6d
I want to get down to 7% over the next 12 weeks as kind of a contest prep simulation for if i compete next year

I basically look at fat and put it in relation to LBM/Muscle. I also look for vascularity/definition in certain areas depending on bf% range... Ex for 15%: arm vascularity should be seen to an extent, abs should have a blurry outline of some kind... and so on, then I average the areas.

True regarding the amounts of fat. But you don't have enough LBM/Muscle to get that %-value.
Work on progressive overload within your lifting program.

From ~18%BF to ~14%BF.
A mock prep is a good way of getting a feel for how long it will take you to get to your desired level... also to get the feel of how different life becomes in the single digits. I'd personally keep the pace down to 12%, adapt properly down to 10%, then pace yourself to not hit the wall as you drop below.

Good mass. About 16%BF
Either you're not in a chronic deficit or you are retaining water from alternate eating/fasting, and/or you are recomping to an extent.

I’ve gotten to 10% last year by doing a simple -750 deficit, so that’s the same plan right not to get to 10%, then to get into single digits i’ll implement refeeds and breaks as needed and reduce the deficit to about 500

Hey guys, here's a link to an album of my pics htt ps:// imgur. com /a/ xPHtz8l
I'm 19 years old at 154 lbs 5'7", been on a cut at 1750 cals for a few weeks now, want to get the abs popping for the first time since freshman year of HS, My personal guess is around 15% but I really have no idea and I'm hoping some of the more experienced guys might be able to give me a better estimate
My PR's
Bench: 225
Squat:300
DL: 315
Wish I started taking fitness a little more seriously earlier, I've been going to the gym on and off for 5 years now, since my freshman year of HS, but I think I'm at a good point for 19
Hi I am 5'9 and 275 pounds, just wondering what my current body fat percentage is, I want to input it into a TDEE calculator to get better estimation of what my TDEE is. Note that I store lots of fat in my butt and legs, my stomach holds a little fat as well. Thanks in advance.
Hello! In the past year, I’ve lost 80 pounds, as I went from 245 lbs to 165. I am 18 and 5’ 11” for reference. Here are my pics: https : //imgur. com/a/1QfN7zT (remove the spaces). Please give me an estimate of my body fat. I literally have no idea where to go from here.
How do you attach an image?
Hi. Read often but new member. Was not able to figure out how to post picture so included it as my bio picture. Have been trying to get a body fat percentage. On the machine at club seem to be all over the place 17-19. Anyone have any thoughts by looking at my bio picture. At 55 still have a little bit of stomach fat but struggling to get it down. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Hey guys, recently lost 16 kgs. Now sitting at 60 kgs at my height of 5'4 which i think now is pretty healthy. Not sure when to start bulking for the first time but I was thinking I wanted to start now but wanna make sure my BF% is low enough first. I've tried different tests such as bodyfat scales, callipers, measuring, but they're all giving different percentages between %30 - %10 which seems wildy inaccurate. Imurl links provided below. Any thoughts appreciated. First time successfully losing weight and believe I now know how to cut, maintain and gain. Will start bulking at 2200 calories with 165 g protein a day. Aiming to lift 5-6 days a week but still scared of gyms haha. (Working on it)
