You have a good amount of muscle but I would caution aiming for some random bf% figure. Go by the mirror if you feel you are lean enough then bulk not because you aren't so called '10%' as your body fat percentage appearance can change quite quickly.
10% generally is just a nice round number that bounced about by body composition experts for individual who have years and years of weight training experience. Just go with what you are happy with and fits into your life (I found 10% meant I was limiting my social life as I eat out a bit so I personally rarely go that low but each to their own).

Estimate on my fat photo and then the 3 new ones (little bloated I think). Was about 188-190 on fat ones. Cut or Bulk? Currently eating 2400 per day which might be a little over maintenance. Just don’t know if I should commit to a full on lean bulk yet. Pics in bodyspace

Looking through this thread is upsetting, I have veins popping out of my chest but still have flab on my lower abs.

Thanks man. Tbh I had no idea and thought I'd be in the upper 30% bf area so that's good to hear. Do you know if it's good/bad to be around 26% bf weighing 229lbs? I'm not sure if I have a decent or little amount of muscle currently and keep worrying I'll have a load of loose skin or something when I lose the rest of the weight.
-
Scale says... 17%. Do you agree to this number?

Decided to end my cut today and switch back to building muscle. What % do you think I ended at? 5’7” 164 pounds.

You have some muscle as I can see that your legs aren't very chubby or arms (although your legs seem to hold most of your muscle). Being 26% is generally not an ideal bf% at any weight really, at 229lbs its the average overweight man I would say you are just under 6ft so about right.
I can't really comment on how much loose skin you may or may not have however I do know that it will tighten up once you get leaner and then build more muscle. Best advice is don't try and lose fat too rapidly 1% of body weight per week will be fine for the next 30-40lbs and then lose it slower from there.

Fatter one:- 17%
Lean one:- 13-14%
If you are at the lean pic stage then choice is yours either cut down another 5-10lbs then lean bulk for longer or just start now whichever you will be happy most with, depending on your goals.

My advice.
You aren't 17% more like 14%.

Hi guys, I'd appreciate it if I could have a few opinions on my estimated body fat percentage.
Height: 6'3"/190cm
Weight: 181.8lbs/82.5kg
I started my cut 4/5 weeks ago starting at 194lbs/88kg and was predicted by a bodytracking device at the gym to be ~17% body fat.
I'm doing the steak and eggs Vince Gironda diet after reading so many positive testimonials!
Thanks!

I would have you lower at 15% bf close to 14%.
As for your diet I personally don't agree with any diet that makes you eliminate a food source especially one that limits to two food choices. A glance at it I would questions the health benefits from lacking in many need vitamins and minerals. It basically is a combined version of Paleo + Keto and extremely restrictive (only eggs and steak very boring).
It won't cause any more fat loss then just restricting calories (maybe more weight loss from less water and glycogen in your body). That said the choice obviously is yours but I would try putting your diet into this website
https://cronometer.com/
As I can imagine you will be lacking a range of micro nutrients, so do be careful carbs are not a bad macro they have been recently thought that it might actually aid in muscle protein synthesis.

Hello everybody! After a 3 months cutting (last year) I have some questions (regarding that cut):
- Do you think it's a good progress? (if there is one  )
- %Fat before and now (after) ?
I had:
- a good diet
- every day HIIT workout (only cardio)
- lost ~10kg (water, fat and muscle)
- lost ~13cm in waist
Now:
- I have some "belly", I think it's the last (and also the hardest) part to cut
- I want to cut again, before a lean-bulking
Thanks!

Before 22-23%
Now around 16-17%.
You don't need to cut you need more muscle if you cut now you will look like you just survived a famine. I assume you didn't weight train as you have lost muscle. You need to start weight training and add some muscle on unless you want the skinny small look?
thank you! what would you say cut to 10% then gain muscle, or gain muscle then cut
As for all these choices its down to you. You could lose some but I wouldn't bother going to 10% maybe aim to get to 12-13% (you should see some abs) and then bulk. I would guess you would probably be around 70kg bracket if you aimed for 12%.
Or you are able to bulk just find your maintenance TDEE then add a couple 100 calories and only increase them when your strength completely stalls and/or you fail to gain about 2lbs per month.
The choice is yours depends on your overall goal as you will need to do both and neither are a glaring problem for you. (you have some lean body mass and you aren't overweight)
