Could I get an estimate on my current body fat? I know it's pretty high but I'm just wondering what my baseline body fat is since I'm going to start to try to lose some weight. I wanna take this seriously and track my body fat along the way to the best of my ability. For some reference I'm 6'1 and 235 lbs. The photos are in my gallery on my profile. (Sorry for any confusion I'm new here.)
Here are some stats
Height: 6'1
Weight: 235
Wasit: 45 inches

Where to go from here?
I've been attempting to cut my body fat for a few months now, and have since dropped some 20 lbs to my current weight of 138. My height is 5'9". Body fat calculators online tell me that I should be at about 6-9% body fat but I find this hard to believe given my muscle definition - or do I merely not have enough muscle mass? I'm wondering if I should now be trying to bulk up, which I was hesitant to do earlier until I had dropped my excess fat. Any advice is appreciated.

Can you estimate my body fat by my Profile Picture please? I would say 13-14%. Would like a second opinion.
Thanks in advance!

Appreciated! I am flexing and breathing out though - does this matter? Not trying to fake it but had a person say that it is essential to flex to see any muscles (not sure about the breathing out part though)
Hey guys, would you'll estimate my body fat in the pic below? I'm 6'1" and approx. 184 lbs. and I've used calipers and they've calculated me at about 11%...maybe 12ish? I know DEXA scans tend to be a bit more unforgiving [which I haven't had one yet]. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. I also don't work out a lot right now but I don't really have any excess bf anywhere except my lower stomach and you can still see the outline of my abs pretty much all the time. If I had better muscle definition I would probably look pretty lean and impressive I think. I would personally estimate me at somewhere in the 10-12 range. Thanks!
Looks more like 16% from that picture. It would help, though, if you took the pictures straight on (front and back).

18-20% I would cut. Lose about 1lb/week for the next 12 weeks and then re-evaluate.

I'd say 10-12% You need more muscle mass to have good definition. I would lean bulk for the next 6-12 months

I don't see any pictures. If you want to lose your chest/stomach fat, then I would cut. You can afford to cut 10-20lbs at your weight.

In between 30-35%. I would measure your waist once a month or so. That should tell you how your bf is trending.

Hey. You seem very knowledgeable! Mind to give me an estimate, please?
The photograph is attached. I am 140 pounds at 5'10". The waist is 30". I have been cutting from 200 pounds at the beginning of the year (a daily 750 calorie deficit, mainly through diet). I had some muscle mass before (from dirty bulking for a couple of months) but did lose some (as it was difficult to train as hard on a long deficit but I did keep my diet in check with high protein and fair calories!). My goal is to hit 9% before starting a 9-11% cycle (6:1 months), as my job requires me to be lean (modelling) - tape measure, calipers and impedance scales give measurements in the 10-11% range. To note, I also did lose some water weight recently by cutting out some carbohydrates and salt.
Appreciated!

Hey. I am a different user but also looking to contribute. :-) Are you referring to the photograph from this May, as I cannot find a more recent one? If so, about 15% (+/-1%, as it is difficult to be more exact at a higher %). Pretty sure that a lot could have changed in the last months, so an updated one would be nice! Good luck, pal.
