I have been steadily lifting for about 4 months now. I am really getting strong, I feel great. My shirts are definitely filling me out a lot better than they was a few months ago.
I weight 150lbs, 5'8. My scale says im 18/19% body fat. What am I actually around? Should I cut or keep lifting/eating heavy.
ignore the headphones, forgot I had them on. Lol

Look more like 14% to me. I would slowly bulk. Aim for 2lbs/month or so for 4-6 months and then cut.

About 15% I would work on back thickness (width looks fine) and side/rear delts.

Can someone estimate my bodyfat? This was taken in a good lighting id say but it was in the morning so my veins were not as apparent.
Height is 5'10
Weight fluctuates between 152-160 but at that picture it was around 155
The picture is in my "progress photos"

Can anyone give me their opinion based on my bf%, whether I should continue cutting or start a lean bulk?
Pictures are on my profile.
Thanks!

Check body space please.
Current body fat?
Height 6'2
Weight 84KG
PLEASE don't inflate the body fat estimate. I've seen a. Lot here and predictions seem way higher than it seems. (I apologize if I come across as a douche)

See a physio about the APT. BF is 16-17% You need more muscle and less fat to get a six pack, so you'll have to bulk and cut in stages.

https://imgur.com/a/avkq59s I’m only 5’7 155 lbs I feel like my weight is fine it’s just all fat I know if I bulk I’ll just get fatter. I’ve been lifting for 3 months doing fierce 5 trying to increase weights each week. If I should cut how many lbs should I drop ?
-
Just an FYI:
PR hit me at 23% a few days ago. I was guessing 25%, so was/am fine with estimate (lol, since it was lower than I thought). I just received the calipers I'd ordered, and they came in at 22.8%
I'm aware neither methods are "accurate", and just bought the calipers as reference/tracking method. But with both being basically identical, I'm pretty confident I have a fairly accurate idea where I'm at.
Thanks again PR!

Last time I checked a month ago it was 16-17%. Slowed down cut in favor of strength h maintaining. How much more weight should I cut before bulking? I was thinking 185 but not sure.
Thanks

First post in this community. Not sure where to start in looking for advice on whether to be cutting or bulking, and threads, guides, or programs to acheive such as well as building for performance over aesthetic. Pointers would be appreciated but getting a body fat percentage is a good start I believe.

First post as well. 25 here, 155lbs, 30in waist. Would appreciate an estimate on body fat. Incorporate HIIT cardio (Running, Rowing, Bike) with weight lifting/kettlebell/pull-ups, 6 days a week.
Thanks!

I'd say about 20%, but your posture looks a bit off, which can make you look fatter. You can either cut 10lbs or so and then lean bulk or eat at maitenance and try to recomp. It's up to you.

About 16% Instead of bulking or cutting, I would start off at maintenance. As a new lifter, you can build some muscle without gaining weight. Once your progress slows down, then lean bulk. Any novice routine in the Workout Program section would be a good place to start. I would do whichever once looks the most fun.

About 14% I think you have a decent foundation and will look fine after the cut is done. Where you go from there depends on what your ultimate goal is.

Anyone guess my body fat percent ? Pics in body space. I'm guessing 15-20% I'm flexing.

Estimate please
Hi all
Any guesses on BF% here please? Those odd little scales say I’m 10% - feels very inaccurate - I also only weigh 124lbs. Cutting atm to try and get rid of the last bits of fat before I start bulking but I’m just scared I’m having to go down to such a low weight. I’m only 5’6 / 5’7 or something though so it’s within normal BMI range which makes me feel a bit better. My guess is I need to get down to about 118/120 lbs before bulking (assuming gaining no muscle during cut obviously.). (Pic in bodyspace - Photo is tensed...!)
Any advice?
Thanks everyone in advance.

What do you think my body fat% is?
I used to be 252 lbs a year ago, not sure if that adds to any of the saggy lower abdomen/chest
34 years old, weigh 193 lbs, height 5' 9 and 37" waist (around the belly button).
not flexing or sucking in my stomach.. (should i be?)
inbody says 20% and bodyWHAT says 20%... but i feel like my flabby lower abdomen area makes me look closer to 25%. What do you guys think?
