I’d say it’s a bit higher, tbh. More like 18% or so. You have a lot of muscle, which means you can start to see your abs at a higher body fat percentage.

Been a year since i quit military... 194 down to 170 lbs by end of the may possible ? My end goal would be between 160/165

Your goal is possible, but it will be tough. You'll need to be consistent w/ your diet.

Currently 5'10 169 lbs. Have gotten multiple bodyfat estimates in the 15-22 range. I'm leaning towards being in the higher end of the range but caliper tests have put me around 13% which I know is not true. How much more weight would I have to lose to start seeing some ab definition?
Please see attached...

Hello. Long time reader, first time poster.
The short version: I have no idea what my current body fat percentage is, and was wondering if I could get some opinions? My only source is my Body Analyzer scale. It is a good guide, but I do not wholeheartedly trust it for obvious reasons. (Normal Mode: 18% / Athletic Mode: 14.5%)
Height: 5'10"
Age: 30
200+ lbs. in January 2017.
172 lbs. Currently
2000 - 2300 Calories per day (173 Protein / 259 Carbs / 64 Fat)
In deficit to lower body fat percentage to 12-14% range, then would bulk at surplus (2700). I do strength training with heavy reps and more weight since gaining mass and hypertrophy won't become a factor until I start eating for it. Cardio once a week for 20 minutes averaged at 6 MPH @ 5% incline.
Can I get a body fat estimate please?

Hello!
What do you guys think is my bodyfat estimate and how long would it take to cut down to 10% with a strict diet?
Gender: Male
Height: 6ft 2 or 188cm
Weight 190 pounds or 86kg
Pictures are in my body space and they are flexed!

About 18% Would take about 3 months to get to 10% if you lose 1.5lbs/week.
Hi Guys
I have used a scanner and the skinfold tests and my percentage comes out at 20.5% but i wanted to see if you guys think this is accurate as i am doing this myself for the first time.

You're closer to 25%
Also, what should I bulk up to? I'm 120 lbs and 13% according to your estimate 5'7

Hello, just finished a cut and would love a BF% estimate.

waist at naval: 28"
Neck at narrowest: 14"
Thanks :)
Alright since my last post a few weeks ago I dropped to 153 at 5'9" down from 157. Not a huge weight loss, but I'm starting to realize my weight at 10-12% is going to be lower than I originally thought. Likely in the low 140s if not lower, and another 2 or so months. Would you mind giving me another estimate? Appreciated.
Hello there!
Could you estimate mine? I'm 197/5'10, went down 12 lbs from 209 lbs in a month and it's going okay. 16" bicep, 45" chest, 36" waist. The point is I have no idea what my lean body mass will be with visible abs and all. I think I'm 23% now so I've to drop 30 lbs more in few months. But I don't know if im overestimating.

I'd go up to 140. If you gain around 2lbs/month, you should be able to stay fairly lean.

23% looks about right. 30lbs should do it.

after a lean bulk... i gained around 10 pounds in my bulk and this is where i am after 2 weeks serious cutting. About 161-163 in these pics at 5'11. What is my current body fat % and how long do you reckon id need to cut to be in a good position to lean bulk again?

I'd say about 17% too. Keep losing overall fat and your posterior chain will even out.
