Hi all, I would really appreciate estimates on my bodyfat percentage. I have been through a long weight/fat loss of approx of 25 kgs (55 pounds). Will soon start a lean bulk to put on some solid mass.

Weight: 74 kg (163 lbs)
Height: 183 cm (6'0")

Been on a 7 month long cut and want to get your opinion on my bodyfat and whether I should continue cutting? I was thinking of cutting down to 140 and then lean bulking but some people are saying I am too light and should start building mass? I am going on holiday first week in July so want to maximise 'aesthetics' in this time.

Hey, hoping to swing by and get an estimate here.
I am 6'5". At my heaviest, I weighed 350 pounds. From Jan 2016 - Jan 2017, I lost 50 pounds, bringing me down to 300 even. From there, I got into fitness/nutrition beyond just basic calories in/calories out. I started the Stronglifts program and focused on getting .8g of protein per pound of lbm, and .4g of fat per pound of body weight. These pictures were taken this morning, right after I weighed in at 202.4. I'd love to get your thoughts on where my bodyfat stands, as well as how much more I should look to cut/if I should start to bulk. At this point my cal intake is such that I'm dropping about half a pound per week. Also worth noting that I have a very large rib cage, and my skin is a tad loose, specifically on my arms. Nothing extreme, I got pretty lucky in that regard. Also, sorry my cat snuck into one of the pictures.

I followed your tips and I am in cut phase.
I uploades some new photos on my body space gallery named “Fat?” because I need your help.
As I told you before I am in creatine for a while and since I have always been a skinny guy I don’t understand if that is fat or only water because of creatine.
This problem (fat?) affects my belly but only if I sqeeze it or if I bend and my hips.
I need to know that because I can’t understand my body fat percentenge (last time you told me it was around 22%)
Can you help me this time too?

The first 2 pictures were taken a little over 2 weeks ago on vacation. I had not been training since about 5-6 days prior. The first picture i’m in a shadow and not flexing except for my abs. Second picture is in direct sunlight and im not flexing except for my abs. Third pic was taken 2 days ago, post workout with a pump, flexing arms and abs. Fourth picture was again on the vacation, when i woke up in a dehydrated and glyogen depeted state. Flexing abs and arms.
What would you estimate my body fat to be? I’d say anywhere from 14-18%, but I’ve heard people say you’re abs don’t show til around 10-12% so idk. I have hypertrophied the **** out of my abs so maybe they still show at the higher bodyfat percentages.

About 13% I would start slowly bulking. If you're mindful with your surplus, you shouldn't be (noticeably) fatter in 3 months.

Congrats on the weight loss. I think you're about 16%. I'd take off another 5-10lbs and then lean bulk.

That's fat you're pinching in the photos. Your bf is definitely lower. I'd say 16-17% based on those pictures.

I'd say about 15% The more muscle you have, the higher bf% you can have and still see your abs. Likewise, there are scrawny people with low bf% who can't see their abs from lack of development.

New member here, would definitely like some thoughts on my current bf%. I’ve been leaning out for a while. I’m 5’11 and I started at 235 and am currently at 157.
I know I don’t have much muscle mass, I’m really looking forward to starting a bulk. Just wondering what my bf% is. Pics in my bodyspace.

20-22% right now. Rough guess around 163 for 15% and 152 for 10%.

What is my BF%?
I'm 5'8 @ 177lb.
Bench - 225 for 4
Squat 315 for 5
I literally just reached a 225 bench last week and am anxious to keep it as close to 225 as possible.
Equally, I appreciate i want to stay aesthetic.
Bulked since December 15.

Can someone give me a guesstimate on bod %?
My scale keeps saying I am 19-20% body fat. Does that look correct? I dont have good defined abs or anything, only in lighting. Definitely feel like im overall growing in muscle size though. Strengths keep going up, cant ask for much more.
