What is my body fat % and do you guys think i have enough mass to cut?

In fact, body fat rate is closely related to metabolic rate. People exercise their bodies to increase their basal metabolism levels, thereby increasing the rate of fat burning, achieving weight loss and body shaping. To achieve the desired body fat rate. I saw this tutorial by accident, which has certain reference significance. stfly.me/M0F27r

You're getting up around 30%, and yes you should be cutting.
Calculations tell me that I'm 20%~21% but I feel like I look higher than that maybe? Estimates please?

Can't tell anything with numbers, where is your photo?

6.1 158lbs
6.1 158lbs
around 15-16% with not much muscle. you'd look vastly different with even 10 more pounds of muscle on you
6’0 162lb
Thank you very much. Do you think I should cut?
probably not because you really need more muscle imo. maintenance would be a good start, then lean bulk when you stop making progress

Somewhere in the mid 30's.

Body space for pics how I looked before covid. You think the skin around my belly will shrink down enough to have abs again? Going to be 35 in a few weeks.
Feeling highly depressed and mentally unstable lately. A small part of it has to do with my fitness so I'm trying to get that on track now.

Mid-High 30's. TBH when your BF gets up there like that its pointless to put a number on it because thats not going to help you, you've obviously been there before and know what you need to do.

Thx for the input brother! and yeah totally agree about the number being irrelevant at this point. Gotta stick to a deficit for most of the next 6 months or so.

Do you even lift? I would do a full body for a while then cut.

Thanks for the reply and advice, yeah I do. I used to weigh 134 pounds, so come from a very skinny frame and background.
Can I have an estimate of my BF%, please.

Height: 5'7

In August of last year I weighed around 186 so I started trying to lose weight since then. Want to know how lean am I now since I'm planning soon to stop being on a deficit and instead focus on gaining muscle.
I'd say 19%
