Around 20%BF.
Thanks, would you recommend keep cutting for a while or good to start a clean bulk once down to 150 pounds?
Dammit, those legs!
I'd say in around 13%BF.
Thanks man!
Just want to check which result I'm getting is closer.
27
182cm (6'0)
81.5kg (179lb)
US Navy method give 15% (84cm waist, 38cm neck) this seems too low
Salter scales I have show 21% this seems too high

im considering bulking since i feel like more muscle will look better and give me better performance with weightlifting than just getting even slimmer. but at the same time, because i still look so chubby im worried about adding calories and maybe going from skinny fat to straight up fat. thoughts?
30 years old, male, 6'2", 180lb average
Body fat according to:
Calipers: 14-16%
Digital scale: 14-16%
Navy Method: 14-16%
ive had other people estimate 17-27% but I look at myself and think I must be 30%+
Measurements:
Neck: 14.5
Chest: 38
Waist: 37.5
Hips: 34.5
Thigh: 20.5
front/back/side pictures are in my profile, im not allowed to post links here yet :p
thanks!

So far I haven't found a method that works better for the general population than just looking at pics... and I've spent way too much time on it.
I'd say 19%BF.

Congrats on the weight loss!
Loose skin makes estimating slightly less accurate, but It's safe to say you're not 30%.... more like 20%BF or so.

Some deposits left in the lower-ab area, like most people have. Overall ripped and about 11%BF.
Thank you Tucane.
Height: 165cm

What do you guys think my bodyfat % is at right now?
I agree with 15% - seems about right. If not, maybe a percentage lower, Cheers!
Hey guys I need some help, I wanna know what my BF% Level currently is.
I have been using calculators and getting numbers like 12% but when I look at pictures there is not even one similarity.
I am 26 years old, 5foot 10 inches tall, 172 pounds with a 31 inch waist.
I attached a pic for reference.
This picture is with my core flexed.
Thanks in advance for the any advice received.
Hey everyone. I'm 5'7", 132 lbs, 21 years old, I don't know my BF %. Do you think I'm "skinny-fat"? What can I do to lower the body fat % and gain muscle without putting on more fat if that's the case?

Cheers Man.
Always best to get the opinion of someone else. At least I know I still have a fair way to go until I'm at 15%
Stats:

Height 183cm
Weight 185lbs
Thanks!

Uneven fat distribution, more fat tissue @ chest/abs, overall ~15%BF

Around 22%BF. Not "skinnyfat" but untrained. The fix is to lift around maintenance calories and build strength/mass, maximum effort and you can lose some fat while gaining muscle. Hard work is key!

Calculators are no good, they can't give you real life data. I'd say you are around 20%BF.

Somewhere around 27-28%BF or so. It's hard to be accurate as I suspect you have lots of additional waterweight in your ab-region. You might lose lots of it at some point if you keep cutting.

Thank you! Does water weight tend to gradually drop or is it like a overnight thing?

It generally drops as you drop in weight. Sometimes swooshes happen aswell, meaning sudden drops in waterweight... common after stalling.
I'm about 4 weeks away from my first ever show, doing the Classic Physique division, Masters (40+) and Novice. Last area of my body to lose fat is lower abs and love handles, but I'm still killing it and making progress every day. Height 6' 1.5", weight 194.8. What do you think my BF% is right now?

Thank you! Should I cut the carbs from my diet?
Thank you! Should I cut the carbs from my diet?
No, carbs are useful for energy. Plus it's hard to avoid them without eating a very restrictive diet that might make it hard to stick to.
You'll hear a lot of nonsense about carbs including half formed ideas about insulin and fat storage etc. Just ignore.
Pics in body space. I’m assuming 10-11% at 5’9 and 162. I’m also wondering if I should try to lean out more or transition to gaining size
Thank you! Should I cut the carbs from my diet?
As SuffolkPunch said^^
No, you'll need them for the 'maximum effort' part.
