13-14% Depends on your end goal. You could do either. I'd do more upper chest and traps. How are your legs doing?
Thank you! Legs are quite solid. I'm thinking to go a bit leaner, wanna see my abbs for a change.
You reckon i have to go to around 140lbs for better seperations?

Should see better separation around 150. You may, though, need to build more ab muscle to get the look you want.

Slow cut until 15%? I’m 175 lbs right now. Get down to 165?
-
Looking for an estimate. Started a strength routine two and a half months ago, but have been doing so in a deficit. Not entirely sure how much further I need to go before I can be back in a surplus and bulk (lifts are getting heavy). Started at 208-lbs, and am current 185-lbs. Height is 6'.
Ideally I want to get to 10-12%, then bulk to 15%. Rinse and repeat.
Thanks in advance! I can do the math but I cannot do the body fat estimate.
Pictures are in my Bodyspace, under progress photos.
I am 28 years old. Not sure why it says I am 48.

Body Fat Estimate
Yesterday I got my fat checked by one of those Tanita machines. It read 19% (2 years ago it showed I had more muscle mass than I have now, which is really not the case, as my lifts have gone up a lot as well.) However, I heard those things are notoriously inaccurate. My pics are in my bodyspace. What do you think my body fat is? Height is 1.77 cm (about 5 10) and weight is 80 kilos (about 176 lbs). Also, what body fat percentage do you recommend me to go down to? Thanks a lot in advance. This thread is awesome.

Going off 20% bf, your lbm would be approximately 146-lbs.
146*1.15 = 168
I would say 165 is a good number to go with. Not sure what your goals are but if 15% is your goal, then that should do it.

Can you please estimate my body fat.
Height: 175 cm

Along with just looking decent with a shirt off, I mainly want to be low enough to where I can start a clean bulk where I have some room to work with. I know I'll gain a little fat while bulking, just don't want to look fat at the end of the bulk.

Anyway someone could check out my bodyspace and use current updated picture? I can't upload yet due to not enough posts.
16-17%
Thanks. This makes a lot more sense. The pics are about 2 - 3 weeks old and I've lost 1 kilogram since then as well. Now the navy calculator and calipers (Durnin method, I heard it is very accurate) put me at 15%.

Probably not the correct thread but:
I've been doing a 'mock' contest prep. I know my deadline but I wanted to see what you guys thought about how many weeks away I am, plus an estimate on BF percentage. Pics are 'cold', no pump. I'm 85.9kg and 5ft 9in.

My guess would be 11% and about 6 weeks out. The best thread to ask would probably be the contest prep thread, but it's not very active these days. If you use reddit, you could also try r/bodybuilding.

About 15% IMO, you'll need more muscle to have good definition.

Hi guys wondering what BF% i am at, i was skinny fat at 172lbs, i started to lose weight in January (i have been lifting) i am now at 149lbs, i was aiming to stop at 150lbs and then going on a long lean bulk. But i am thinking it may be better to go to 140lbs to get to around 12% bf.

Looks a bit lower than 13% I'd guess 11-12. What's your end goal? You're lean enough to start bulking if you want more mass.

Thanks. I have a holiday in 3 weeks, what would be a realistic reduction in bf by weights x5 a week and HIITx2(or 3)
Cutting out all sugar as well.

How much weight are you currently losing per week? You would need to lose 1kg (assuming no muscle loss) per % of bf
16% bf at 90kg gives you 75.6kg of LBM, to get to 15% its 75.6/ 0.85 puts you at 88.94kg.
