In between 14-15%BF.
Hard to say with precision, but I'd guess about 2-3 months, depending on deficit size and hydration.
I am currently aiming for about a ~700Kcal deficit daily.
I am curious, if I am 2-3% out from 12% bodyfat and currently weigh 155, isnt that ~5Lb to cut. Ie another month of 700kcal deficit diet?
Thanks again for the response! appreciate the help.

Hi guys,
Wanted a quick estimate on my BF%.
Been cutting for the past 5 weeks.
Went down from 201 lbs to 191 lbs. Plan is to go down to at least around 175 and see how I look then.
Attaching back and front one. Thanks in advance!

Around a month ago, I was estimated to have a BF of around ~18%.
Lost about 2-2.5 kg since then, so I wanna check the current BF %.
Trying to decide when it's time to start bulking, as you can guess.
Thanks!
Quick progress there! About 13%BF.
You can bulk as soon as you feel ready.

This is the hard part and why estimating end points is a crapshoot, way too many factors to say for sure. Some people drop (visually) 1%/month some drop a lot more, it's highly individual. Even if two people have the same weight and deficit, one might have different hydration levels due to (insert reason) or store their water differently. Some people lift more and store more water in their muscle, some eat low carb... sodium cycles, creatine etc.
I usually go by 4lbs = 1% as an average, but I am wrong in this more often than not.
Just keep it up and you'll see what happens:-)

Thanks man! I really tried to be serious about both the working out and the nutrition aspect this time.
I'll also probably start a separate thread to discuss my bulking decision, soon.

5 weeks into cut I’m weighing 176.8 (that was my lowest weigh in so far). Couple of questions. My ultimate goal is 8-10% bodyfat. Any estimate on where I’d have to end up weight wise to be around there? Also loose skin possibly near the lower stomach? Would it look worse as I get leaner?
Also pics are one flexed and one relaxed. Thanks fam.

Started at 203 lbs on June 1. Currently 178 lbs as of this morning. 5"11, 31 years old. My goal is to cut down to 10% body fat and then continue to eat clean and add size slowly. Averaging 1750 calories a day. 45% protien, 30% fat and 25% carbs. My goal is to have abs for the first time in my life. I workout 4x a week. No cardio because my job as a service technician has at least 12-15,000 steps a day. My eating window is 2 pm - 8 pm everyday. The rest of the time i'm drinking water and black coffee only. If you guys could please estimate my body fat percentage that would be awesome.

15-16%. You are looking at the 160lb bracket for 10%. Most likely will look more noticeable I would go to 170lb then bulk.

I actually plan to get to that 10-11% area. I’m sure I can pull it off. I just want visible abs before any bulk.

Fair enough. You will look lean. So around 155-160lb bracket (maybe a tad lower or a tad higher depending on water loss) should have you there.

Yes you have made progress. Looks around 14-15% you seem to just have some lower stomach fat and that is it. Definition in the shoulder and clear sign of rib cage suggests around this bracket.

Another month in and I'm back for another estimate.
I'm starting to see more progress and even though my weight hasn't gone as low as other months I feel bigger (might just be the fatloss tbf) so not worried.

Thank you in advance.

What am I missing in this thread. My gym has a body composition analyzer that scans you and immediately reports weight, muscle mass, body fat etc. Aren't those analyzers common? just curious.

That is because those BIA machines just guess a random number and aren't reliable. I have been on those machines and it states my current Avi pic is 19-20% bf% I guess it could be possible but I am sure it is not......
I also retested 1 minute later and it stated I had gained 2% bf by drinking water.... They are terrible.
Have a read of this:-

I personally wouldn't advise the program as its not balanced and you are only working legs once a week. I personally would stick to full body if you are limited on time 3x a week these two programs would be best:-

The problem with your program is muscle growth requires continuous progressive overload along with adequate stimulus, and your program lacks enough regularity of muscle stimulation.

14-15%. I would say bulk. No idea your weight but at 6ft 4 you have a big frame to fill so your weight will most likely need to be higher to look good cut. If you do cut more you will looker leaner but skinny.

Fierce 5 is perfect for maintain and even building some muscle on a cut and I am personally using it now near the end of my cut. By focusing on intensity you will be able to ensure muscle retention is optimal simply because the lower and longer you cut less energy you will have which makes large amounts of volume difficult and most likely cause you to not give it all during your training.
Follow either full body or upper/ lower (I am on full body) and keep progressing as much as possible whilst adhering to your calorie deficit and ensure protein is above minimal and you will maintain most muscle and lose fat.

I would guess around 14-15%. You are now at the point of being your choice what you do. You look good enough to cut more but also in the same breath perfectly fine to switch gears for a bit and add a bit more muscle before repeating.
You would want to aim to gain around 1-2lbs a month to ensure fat gains are at the absolute minimum.
Very good work IMO.
