Should I continue to cut ? I feel like I have more to shed. I cannot post links due to low post count so if you don’t mind copy and pasting and removing the additional s from httpss. Thanks in advance.

So i am back after 8 weeks into my cut from last time.
Last time forum member hardyboysare gave estimate of 21-22% when i was around 165 lbs,now i am down to 153ish so i am guessing 17-18%,so any help is very much appreciated, thanks in advance to community.
My stats
waist-32.5 inches
height 5'8" feet and inches.
weight- 153 pounds
and i have a question about my gut, will it ever like, completely go away?i mean i feel like its going to stay forever sticking out to remind me i was obese my whole life.
also i have noticed depressions in my upper and middle abdomen but not in lower one,i guess its because lower abdomen stores most fat in men?

That's unfair. You should't trust scales for body composition readings.
17%BF is closer to the truth.

I pretty much agree, about 18-19%BF. Seems like you have a slight hip imbalance (likely from past obesity) which makes your lower abdomen pertrude a bit more. You would benefit from general core/lower back/glutes/thigh-work if you don't already do it. Also stretching your hips/glutes regularly for mobility.
Fat storage around the lower belt area is a common genetic trait in men, more fat loss will fix that in time... so don't worry and keep up the hard work! (For me it's always part of the last fat to shed together with butt and upper back)

thank you!
And i have been following fierce 5 novice version, i suppose that good enough for overall development or do i need to add some exercise on top of that?

@Tucane Thanks man.
Carry on cutting down to 12-15%? Or bulk

What BF% am I?
Hello just wondering if you could help me with BF%
I’m 18
6ft 4
213lbs
Can normally see my top two abs but carry my fat around my lower stomach.
My scale says I’m 18% but I know they are very inaccurate.
My pictures are on my profile in the gallery since I can’t post on here.
Thanks In advance :)

I don't know the specifics of F5n. If it doesn't contain core/lower back-work you can add that, otherwise it should be fine based on the good reviews I've heard.

I'd keep it up to around 12%BF or so, you can even go by mirror/preference and shift approach when you feel done with it.

Your digital bathroom scale gives you that @ your weight/height based on the standard adiposity for the general population... IRL you are about 23%BF.

I have you at around 20%BF. Keep working on your lifting progress within your routine to build strength and muscle.

Thanks for the reply!that's what i thought, my goal is to reach probably 80kg, that's 4 months from now, then recheck and do a bulk to get stronger

Romanian should hit both hamstrings and lower back to various degrees so that sounds good enough together with the abwork.

Looks to be 21%BF, but you seem to have some base muscle. Hard to say for sure if those macros will produce –1.5lb/week, depends mostly on how active you are as a person in general. I'd guess you'll lose 1lb on average past week 3... but you'll have to try it out IRL to find out how your weight moves.

Hello,
This is my first post here! I am currently 28 yrs 5' 9" 194 lbs. 1.5 years ago, I was 290 lbs. I lost about 90 lbs working out at home. But, stubborn fat STILL hangs around in a LOT of embarrassing places (as you can see in my progress photos). Now, for the last 2 months, I have been to the gym and focusing on body re-composition. Since I am also losing weight alongside building muscle, it's very important for me to keep track of my body fat %. But, the caliper gives a different reading everytime! So, I am requesting someone help me out! THANKS!
The pictures are in my bodyscpace!

I tried some something similar to the meal i have set now macros wise. I was 176-ish a few months ago. The meal was basically 2 chicken breasts 22oz, 4 servings of rice, 4 servings of broccoli (maybe some beans) and some random, but low amounts of cheese, salsa or guac/avocado a day in addition to a no added sugar peanut butter and banana sandwich.
i saw on this i lost around 1.5-ish a week until i got out of the groove.
I try to do 4x lifting (90mins) during this and 1-2 day cardio (however the cardio didn't stick)
my day job and education major call for a decent amount of activity (food service and fabrication/art based education)
sorry if that a lot of info, just figured being thorough was more self-beneficial.
Any input is useful, and honestly as much as i'd like to have a quick cut it would be more sustainable to have a pragmatic one. So if 1lbs per week is still fine with me i suppose.
Thank you! and let me know if you have anymore input off that additional info!

Hi. Asking for a rough estimate. Posted three pictures; Front flexed, front relaxed and back relaxed. Currently cutting down before trying to add a bit of lean mass. I'm 5'10 and 181 pounds. Down from 185 pounds. What would you do if you were me?
Thanks!

With the cardio you might succeed with –1.5lbs, but IMO –1lbs/week is better for adherence, which is key.

Impressive work man! You look to be around 16-17%BF. Great ab-genetics (or lots of abwork) and somewhat uneven fat distribution. You still have enough bodyfat to recomp, and due to your progress I have confidence that you have the needed willpower to do so. Give it all you got and great things will follow!

I'd say you're @ 15%BF and I think you'd benefit more from adding more muscle to your frame than cutting further. If you care about abs, they are ~4 BF% away, which in my book is about 7lbs or so... so not worth the struggle imo.
Leanbulk is the way to go. Start at maintenance and don't add calories before lifting progress stalls.

In at 14%BF and looking solid. I'd say it's a preference call. Ask yourself the question... do I want to cut further or do I want to build mass?
For my opinion, cut to 12%BF, maintain over summer if you care about beach appearance and then bulk slowly.

Hey, i’m sorry if this is a lot to ask for but could you estimate how much bodyfat I lost over my 12 week cut
https://imgur.com/a/LEF4lSz
I think i went from ~ 20% to ~13%
Anyways, I have a vacation coming up in 24 days. I would love to be as lean as possible for that, So i’m thinking about cutting hard for the next 24 days with psmf. hopefully with that I could get under 10%
