I calculated my body fat recently using my home scales and that came out as 15%, but I don't know how accurate that is. So I am hoping you guys can give a good estimate based on my stats and pictures.
I am currently doing roughly 5 hours of intensive training per week which is a combination of martial arts, kick boxing, HIIT circuits and running. I am about to start a diet of 2189 calories per day to support this and hopefully thats about right to lose a little more body fat.
Must have decent scales as I would say about 14-15%. I would not lose too much more weight and focus on lean bulking soon. Depending on your individual goals if you plan on gaining muscle you will need to weight train as all your current exercises are mainly muscular endurance and specific skill training which generally will add minimal muscle amount.
If however being more muscular is not your goal carry on as you just be careful you don't lose too much weight too fast with that amount of exercise.

Thanks. Really appreciated your reply and the advice.
I’d like to tone up my stomach and build a bit more upper body strength as well. So what you are saying makes sense.

Was 23% at 216 lbs in July (according to earlier est here). Curious to see what being 22 pounds lighter has changed. Getting some vascularity back in arms (including biceps, but doesn't show well in pics). Sorry for crappy pics....and yes I'm aware I have crooked shoulders, it pisses me off everytime I look in the mirror, lol.
TIA!

Around 16% starting to see the core to develop so going well. Of course there is a chance, you already look at a normal level of leanness. Just make sure you stick with a progressive training program and stick to your goal (cutting or bulking).

Would say that 16% is a close estimate. Usually see veins around the arms around that bracket and the overall core is starting to become clearly noticeable (you seem to have a higher lbm so core is noticeable at a slightly higher level). Looking good, strong core.

I would say 14-15% about. You can see individual abs and its only really the loose skin that makes you stomach less defined.

Much appreciated! FYI, my calipers put me at 18%, but like your numbers better, lol..thanks again!

26-27%. You need to lose weight doesn't matter really what your target is just lose some and review in about 20-30lbs time.
6’1 20 y.o Sw:284 Cw:257 Gw: 200lbs Current bf estimate? Also do you think 200lbs would be too low weight for my size?
https://imgur.com/a/nJfxVjS
Around 26%. That depends on how much muscle you have. I'm a inch taller then you and 60lb+ lighter so its down you how you feel and what you want to look like. You won't be ripped at 200lbs but if you want to look big and bulky (nothing wrong with the look it suits some very well) then maybe 200lb is a suitable target for now, you just wont be 10% bf.

I'm 5'8" 125 lbs. I believe I'm between 10-12% body fat, but would like to get another opinion. As far as insulin sensitivity, as I know there's more room to gain starting a bulk at 10% vs 12% . I had started trying to do one several months ago and gained a bit more body fat than I thought I would, but that might have just been from an insufficient training routine. All of these are in a relaxed position.

Please estimate mine.
Hi there!
As you can see I'm new to this forum and I'm trying to change some old habits and get in shape to improve my QoL.
I've been on a diet the last 3 month and I was able to lose 18 kg, now I'm starting to change my goals towards gaining some muscle.
These are my current measures:
Weight: 90 kg / 198.5 lbs
Height: 188 cm / 6' 2''
Age: 29
Thank you very much for your help!
Cheers!

Which pic do you want estimating as I have seen the first few before so I am guessing they are your old ones. If its the bottom two I am afraid no-one can guess when you are fulling clothed with only a upper body shot of your arm flexed.
Hello! Trying to get a bf% estimate. 22yo 154lbs 5'8. Thanks in advance!
As all are flexed I would say around 12%.

10-11% would be my say. Forget insulin sensitivity unless you are diabetic, it wont effect an healthy individual when gaining weight. Just take your lean bulk slowly (200-300 calories above maintenance). Any weight/ visual differences you see after starting your lean bulk (first month) will just be water/ glycogen and increased food in your system don't be put off gaining weight (around 2lbs a month), you don't get fat overnight.
