10-12% I would lean bulk.

You don't have enough muscle for a six pack. No matter how many times you post the same pictures, that will not change.

Thanks! I dont I'm actually that low and thought more around 13 or 13.5 percent. Though the fact you think I'm that low and ready to bulk was my assessment as well.
Thanks again for taking the time! Looking forward to packing on this muscle now.

Hi all, thank you so much for doing this. I have been on a cut for ~1.5 months and am wondering if I should keep going or start bulking. My goal is to get stronger (Bench / Squat / Deadlift 2.5 / 2.5 / 3 plates, currently 1RM at 220 / 215 / 275 lbs) and achieve an athletic physique. Any advice would be very much appreciated!

Bf is about 13%. You can either start bulking now or cut a bit more and then bulk. It's up to your preference.

8-10% Define safe? I don't think you'll make yourself ill dropping 5lbs, but given how lean you are already, you're more likely to lose LBM or see a drop in testosterone.

Hey Everyone, just wondering if I am making the correct guesstimates myself. I have been gaining sense I lost weight last time, as I felt I was getting too skinny and still had fat on me at 182, but didn't diet right and was only doing push ups.
But here I'm 32 6'1" 225lbs. I'm thinking 25-30% BF range, I'm thinking I could cut down to around 190 and be lean. Pics are in my bodyspace in the gallery.
Thanks in advance!

BF estimate please
Posting on here after about 5 weeks.
was 192 pounds/87 kgs back then. Now i weigh in at 181 pounds/ 82 kgs.. so about 5 kgs/ 11 lbs lost in 5 weeks
Height: 5 feet 10 and Waist 35 inches
started dropping weight towards the end of april, was 242 pounds/ 110 kgs back then.. so have lost about 61 pounds in 6 months so far
ill appreciate any BF estimates on where i am currently.. all the photos are relaxed, and terrible lighting.. also taken an hour or so after dinner, in case that info helps
trying to get down to 10-12% BF by the end of the year so another 8-9 weeks..

please help i am panicking! problem is i didn't cut fast enough and now i got a date tomorrow with a girl i met online (just going out for lunch) and i'm still fat!
atm i weigh 177lbs, 5'8 - and however much body fat this is?
i am currently cutting at 2300 calories a day, and i have lost 2 pounds in the last week.
today i have eaten 1210 calories so far. should i just stop eating until the date tomorrow just to try to get as lean as can be? this will be the first time we meet in person.
We are going out for lunch and will be clothed...do you think i will be ok? or should i try to push back the date for a few weeks? problem is if i delay the date, she may think i lost interest or something.
should i not eat until the date tomorrow? what should i do please help thanks

Yeah you're right, I learned from the past that every time I try to rush it, I get frustrated and quit.
Gonna try to stay the course and do this slow and steady for sustainable progress.
What % you think I am? Am I making progress?
My face doesn't look too bad and with my black coat I look leaner, so hopefully it will be ok.
-
Can anyone give an estimate. The pics are the most recent in progress pics i am 5'7 and i am currently 200 pounds will rep any estimates

May I get an assessment as well? I fear I may be losing muscle far more rapidly than fat because of an excess calorie deficit, even though I am a noob and I do some weight exercises that are very straining to me (especially chin-ups). My waistline went down from 96.5 cm (38") to 89 cm (35"), if it's helpful.
30 y.o., 189 cm (6'2")
October 6th: 84.3 kg / 186 lbs
https://i.imgur.com/6ap915F.jpg (sorry about the lack of proper back shot, I just started back then and didn't look at this topic)
November 2nd: 81.0 kg / 179 lbs (same scales at the doctor - my new home scales showed 81.9 about 15 minutes before I went there)

Just uploaded a today pic in my body space.
I'm currently 6' 177lbs. I started around 150lbs, pretty skinny. I've been bulking for 5-6 months, but only half of that was with weight training (been on fierce 5 since August). I'm nowhere near my goals, but I was so skinny a few months ago so I'm just happy to not be a sickly stick any more.
Just wondering what my BF looks like and if I should start cutting or keep bulking. Thx
