What is My Body Fat Percentage? - Post Your Estimate Request Pictures Here - Vol III

Hi guys, any help estimating bf % would be appreciated. Most measurements are saying 16% but I'm thinking more like 17-18.

I'm 192 cm (6'3.5"), and 97 kg (215 lb). Waist is 35". Biceps are 16" flexed cold (fatceps I know), forearms 13", wrist 7.5". Hips are 42" (dem child bearing hips baby).

Couple of pics from the front and the back. Thought the one where I was leaning back was cheating a bit so included a normal front-on standing pic too. Don't take the fat face into consideration, has always been like that, even when I was 15 and very skinny (little over 10% bf and no muscle back then).

13% of 173 is 22 pounds of fat. You'll need to lose approx. 8 to 10 pounds to be around 10%. Now bear in mind that some of your loss will be muscle. The slower you go the less muscle you'll lose. Given your age you'd be better off slow bulking for a little longer and making use of those hormones to build as much muscle as you can but to answer your question, I'd figure on about 6 to 10 weeks depending on how hard you want to cut.

You are pretty lean as it is now. If you want to cut further, my opinion is to keep the deficit definitely on the low side and follow your macros/eating times.

I'm 5'8 171lbs at the moment, lower 13's. Being my 2nd cut, I want to do the deficit much lower this time around.

When you're getting that lean (i.e. 10%'s 11's%) the bf number really doesn't matter a whole lot unless you're competing. Go by the mirror.

yeah this is my first time doing a proper cut (last year i cut way too quickly and was 160 but fatter than i am currently at 173 lol) so i really wanna get to a decent 10% just so i can bulk longer without worrying about getting too high of a bodyfat percentage
i track my macros religiously lol especially as of recent and i agree with basing looks off the mirror

I'm 30 (31 in July Weeeey!)

And between 178cm and 180cm tall depending on which Doctors office / height chart I use (I know, it's really annoying...)
Currently weighing in around 76.4kg
I'm aiming for around 1600kcals at present, though this is likely to drop a few hundred soon as weight loss is slowing, continuing at present until I'm losing less than 1-2lbs per week.

I want to lose this chubby gut that makes me look like I'm in the first few months of pregnancy.

What's my body fat % and what should I do to drop this gut? Continue with 1600 cals until weight loss stalls at <1lb per week then reduce further?

I'd say around 23%. I would keep cutting until you get to 70kg and then re-evaluate

Continue to cut at 1600 kcals until I drop to 70kg or the weightloss per week falls <1lb. Whichever comes first, right? Cause in another thread somebody questioned why I was only eating 1600Kcals.

Trying my first cut, looking to get to around 176lbs (80kg) currently 193.6 lbs (88kg) at 5ft 11, eating around 2000 kcal (160p 65f 200c).

Any ideas on bodyfat%, thanks :)

Stay at 1600 cals. It's low, but you don't weigh that much. Not everyone can get away with cutting at 2500+ calories.

Hey guys... Need some help. Used to be in really good shape then gradschool, daughter, excuse, excuse... Anyways I am 5'11" 252lbs. bench/squat/dead are 350/365/365 (squat and dead are raw, no straps, belt, or knee braces). Whats my body fat?? I need a good base line to start from.

Hard to specify, but you have some mass.

I'd guess around 30%BF.

Around 12% is common, sometimes 10% or lower is required... it depends.

I'd say below 160lbs for 12%BF anyhow.

Hey guys, new here so apologies if I do this wrong.
Would like an estimate of body fat and realistic time frame on getting down to 10%
I'm 6' and weigh 195lbs
Built up to a decent size last year but was never ripped. Got an injury so my diet went out of the window and have not been able to train for nearly a year. have lost all muscle and gained fat. Time to start again
