What body fat percentage?
And should I keep cutting or Bulk? I know I still have fat but I’m scared my skin will hang. Pictures in profile, Thank you.

No offense, but your program is terrible. Drop that and do a novice routine, e.g. one from the workout program section. Also, you may want to think about getting some workout partners or a coach to help you push yourself harder.

Omron bodyfat measurer says I'm 16.6% body fat in the morning but I have a feeling my bf is a lot more than that. I have a rack at home that I use for bench and deadlift twice a week 5 sets of 5 but other than that I dont work out. Was overweight/obese all my childhood until age 18 when I lost 50lbs in 6 months by eating only natural healthy food and water and have maintained that ever since.
P.S. Do you think I have gyno?

What do you guys/gals think I am?
Height 183,5cm / 6'0".
Weight 95,5 kg / 210 pounds.
My scale says 22% BF, my calculation from caliper in 7 places says below 12% BF.
My stomach is flexed in the photo btw (my arms an chest are loose)

I think I'm about 22%. I just want someone to confirm this lol. I posted pics on this forum in november and people were saying I was 18% , and if I compare the pics I look much fatter now.

looking for an estimate please,,,, finishing my cut in 3 weeks no matter if i reach my goal of 10% ,,, these were taken last week so cud be a bit leaner now..... been on keto for 3 weeks so looking bit flat ....stats 147 bs... 5ft7 chest 40 waist 27 ...arms 15 and half legs 23 inches

Look pretty fat but feel decently strong with pretty good lifts..bench 275, squat 405, dead 455.. basically been on the SEE-FOOD diet for the past three years looking to get back down to the teens like I was I high school, just need to know how far I have to go to get there.

ill have a stab , would put u about 30% bodyfat.... so to get down to about 13% your looking at a 50lbs loss if u lose no muscle should take about 40 weeks hard dieting

My guess is your stomach will be relatively flat if you lose 8-10kg.

can you guys please help, been cutting for months now. I started at 243 back in June,at one time I was 270. I am currently 186. Never have had a lot of muscle mass, always been considered weak for my size. Ive played football my whole life, never have been able to bench my own body weight until now. I workout 5 times a week, I've basically completely cut out cardio due to not wanting to lose any more muscle mass.
18 years old, 6'2, 186 lbs
need some advice on if i should continue to cut or start bulking. I have lots of excess belly fat and fat around the love handles.

I would cut a bit more. IMO, you should cut do 180 and then slowly bulk. Bf is around 18%.

Weight has actually gone up a pound or 2 while doing a Recomp for the last 2 months, but I feel like I have lost some body fat as well. I am trying to get to single digit body fat before lean bulking. Any thoughts on where I am at now? Pics are in bodyspace.

The before pic is around 30% may be higher. It's harder to tell in the after picture as I'm pretty sure he has a pump and is flexing. I'd guess around 12% +/- a couple of percentage points.
