Around 16-17%. Only a doctor can tell you if you have gyno.

Probably. You have a decent base.

Your bf% isn't that high. I'd say around 14%. You just are lacking muscle.
5'9
173 lbs
25 y.o
Measured myself on an InBody570 machine that said that my BF is 24%. I used to measure my hips, waist and neck and inputed the data on a US army website and I always got more or less 20%. Which one sounds right?
The InBody sounds more accurate. Photo appears to be about 25%.

Thanks! My scale says 10%. Is that more accurate? Less? Some pictures I've seen of men around 15% body fat seem to have way more fat around the abdomen (but they also have more muscle). So is 10% a more accurate guess?
Hi guys, im almost on the end of my bulk. How much do you estimate? So I can calculate how many weeks i would need for my cut! Thanks a lot!
Looks to be about 15% to me. Multiply your weight by your lean mass % and divide by the % you want to end your cut at. Then you'll have your goal weight.
E.g CW*.85/.9=GW.
How long it takes will depend on what rate you can handle cutting.
Damn I'm fat lol
You're on the fluffy side right now, but you appear to have a good amount of muscle to work with. I reckon you'd be jacked after a 15lb cut.
What do you guys think? ~ 20%? I'm 6'2", 236 lbs.
looks like a 20-22 to me
awesome formula! repped

definitely go for a lean bulk bro, least for a year
I am 5'11'' (180 cm)
136 lbs (62 kg)
I would like to gain in the long run, but I don't know if it would be better cutting for a while before bulking.
what do you think my bf% is?
many thanks!

You have no business cutting. Your ribs are visible. Bf is around 13-14%. You are lacking muscle, which is why you don't have good definition. Lean bulk for at least a year. You may be able to go for 15-18 months given your starting point.
Hello! what would you say is my body fat %? Also I started lifting weights around 2 months (did some crossfit a year ago but quit after a month lol). I've been eating at a 1800-2000 kcal (I'm almost 5.10ft and 165 lbs and in theory my TDEE is around 2300-2500kcal). I notice some muscle growth (weird because i'm on a deficit) but the lower abdomen and love handles have me worried and I don't know if I should cut, lean bulk or body recomp at this stage. I'm very confused!!
I'm doing a 3 day x week training with compound movements and progressive overload (is that what it's called?).
what would you guys do? Thanks!

About 16%. I would start with a small cut (8-10lbs). When you're new to lifting, you can build a bit of muscle in a deficit. I'd take advantage of that, and then start a lean bulk.
Hi guys could someone make me an estimate?

Can someone give me a body fat percentage estimate?
The pictures are in my bodyspace, they're the most recent ones. I am wearing blue shorts.
How long will it take to get to 10% body fat healthily?
Estimate of how much lbs I would end up weighing?
Height 5'7
Weight 178 lbs

23-25% Will need to lose about 30lbs to get to 10%, maybe a bit more depending on how well you retain LBM. Healthily, you can lose 30lbs in 20 weeks, though it may take longer. That depends on how consistent you are with your diet.
Hi all,
can you rate my BF %?

Definitely keep bulking. If you keep the bulk lean 2-3lbs/month, you should be able to keep going for another six months.
Two pictures in the bodyspace. 6"1' 169.
Also, do I "have abs"? I think not but dunno.

Around 13% IMO. You're starting to get abs.

Some of these angles are a bit odd. You look 16-17%. I don't think you look fat. You just look like you need more muscle.
Hey! Looking for an estimate... I honestly don't have a clue even after looking at example pics. Maybe around 23%? Who knows. Open to suggestions. LOL
Pics in BodySpace
I'm 4'10", 33 yrs old, and last I checked (about a month ago) 104 -ish lbs (I don't have a scale so can never weigh myself in the mornings). I did a body fat calculator machine a while back that said 22%, but I know they can be inaccurate.
I've lost about 8 lbs since I started body building and now it always fluctuates around 102-105, I think because I am building muscle.
Really want to get down to 16-18% just as a personal goal.
Looks to be about 15% to me. Multiply your weight by your lean mass % and divide by the % you want to end your cut at. Then you'll have your goal weight.
