I'd say around 10-12% for sure.
do you mean me? Thanks man. Yeah calipers said 10% when I weighed 144 and now at 151 they still say 10%, so I’m probably around there and hopefully not gaining too much fat. These are the accu measure ones which are known to be accurate to within plus or minus one percent.
I don’t wanna put fat back on too fast as that cut was a brutal grind. Started at 25%

I am 5'9, 162 pounds. Weighted on a Publix scale. My scale at home says 162.8.
Started at 160 in August (pics on my body space) but only put on 2 pounds since then even though I am eating 3.2k cals everyday (tracking calories and macros). I have put on strength but my physique in my opinion is far from impressive unless I have a good pump & good lighting (yeah my profile pic... haha)
My goal in August was to get strong at bench, OHP, deadlift, and squat as it was the first time I ever trained using barbell exercises, went on a weightlifting program, and counted calories. I feel like if I cut now I'm going to be small as **** and weaker (than my already weak) lifts. Goal weight was 175 but I don't think that's going to be possible without getting fat.

I'm 5'11 and 180lb, can anyone give me a guess on my body fat percentage?

And can anyone post any pics of people who they reckon would look similar to me at 10-12% body fat?
This is pretty much what I'm aiming for

Thank you. My "bulk" although very short lived and not really successful, I think I am going to start cutting once I reach 165-168. Looking back now I think I should've started the bulk at a lower body weight to begin with. Crappppp... First time so I guess it couldn't be perfect.

If anyone has a minute to give their best estimate I'd really appreciate it. I'm 1 week into my cut.

Thanks. In case you were curious — your post-cut guess was about right (8.7% per Dexa). Pre-cut guess was high (14.0%); thought the visible six-pack when flexing would have you pegging it closer to 15%.

About 16% Lower back/love handle fat can be a pain to get rid off. You may still have some when it's time to stop cutting.

Thanks. It’s good to know I’m making progress.
Any idea of how many lbs more I should aim to lose before I do a lean bulk?

What is my bf %? (I'm not flexing in any but the back pic)
Age: 19
Height: 69 inches
Weight: 148
I was recently told I was over 20% which came as a huge shock to me. If this is true, Ill work on doing a body recomp, eating maintenance on workout days, and at a defecit on rest days.
