I'm guessing 30% before, and 22% now. According to gym calipers i'm at 19% but i don't think so, i'm stil too soft.
Thank you.
Ballpark figures you're not a million miles off. Probably just north of 30% beforehand, and about 22-25% at the moment.
Tremendous work so far mate, keep it up
Hey guys, I’m 18 years old, between 170 and 175 (don’t have a scale at school lol) and I’m 5’9”. The pictures are on my profile. Thanks in advance!
Forget the scale, do they have weights in school? If so, start lifting them and eat enough to gain 2-3 lbs per month. You have very little body fat and even less muscle mass.

Someone else on the site told me that it was too late to bulk if I wanted to look good for summer. Wouldn’t gaining that weight make me look fatter?

Define looking good. Right now, you don't have much muscle, so you would be probably be better off building and cutting later. Don't get too wrapped up in bulking/cutting based on seasons.
-
Agreed. Aim for a longer bulk.
Don't know how recent the photos are however. Most definitely not "shredded" in those. If they are recent, truthfully I'd maybe advise a small cut for just 4 weeks or so just to lean out a little. Don't know if it's lighting/angle/time of day, but your abs look like they wouldn't handle all that much extra body fat until they completely disappear.
Either way, 1kg a month isn't exactly a slow bulk, that's pretty average.
I haven't said i am shredded, i was shredded.

You'll keep your muscle as long as you keep lifting and don't have a terrible diet. It's actually hard to lose muscle vs. losing fat. Whether or not you reach your bf% goal is a question of how committed you are to the cut. You need to lose 15-20lbs of fat in 12 weeks. That's doable, but you have to stay consistent.

Looking to start a lean bulk again

I'm back again. I'm 12 weeks into my serious cut and I definitely leaned out more so looking for a new estimate. 5'8'' and I'm somewhere between 163-167lbs here and I'm flexing. I'm also about 8 weeks out from a classic physique show that I would like to participate in if I look good enough, so it would be nice to know if it looks like I'm about there.

About 10%. I don't compete, but you look good. Keep leaning out and you could totally do well in a show.

Hey everyone. I've been dieting and working out for about 6 months now. I'm 6'3 and I've gone from 255 to 210. I'm getting to a point where I'm beyond sick of eating at a caloric deficit and wondering if I've lost enough to do a slow lean bulk to put some muscle on? Or should I keep cutting? Also wondering if anyone could give me a body fat percentage estimate? I've done calipers and measurements but they're all over the place. Can't add photos to here but I have a before and current photo on BodySpace. Username is bighendy. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
