Im looking for an estimate,
I'm 6' 2 and around 173 pounds. All my weight goes to my chest, abdomen and love handles, while the legs are skinny and my back has some fat. Looking for an estimate based on the pictures attached below. Any and all estimates are greatly appreciated
On a side note, do you suggest I run a deficit (I was thinking PSMF) to lose the body fat on my upper body or try and bulk first then cut.

I'd say around 15%. Your front looks a bit higher, but your back looks a bit lower.

I'd say 25%. You have at least 25lbs to cut, probably more.

Can somebody guess my body fat percentage please?
Hi, I'm a 22-year-old male, 6'0", and about 176 pounds with a 31.5" waist. I have used online calculators from measurements through both various body part circumference and skin caliper measurements to estimate my body fat percentage, and I get any number from as low as 9.6% to as high as 13.3% depending on which calculator/formula I use. I think most all of these measurements are a good bit off. Could you guys give your opinions/estimates as to what you think my actual body fat percentage might be? Here is a link with some photos of me from different angles:

Also, do you guys think a clean/slow bulk would be a good idea?
Thanks in advance for your opinions/estimates!

You are probably between 14-15%. You do the math, you can lose 0.5-1 pounds of weight per week, if you do it eating enough protein and working hard on the gym most of that weight loss will be fat.

Hello guys,
I am here to tell a story about my bodyfat estimation.
On saturday morning I took this picture of me. Then I went to a nutritionist who have 2 InBody for Weight and Body Composition estimation. Those equipments seem to cost well over $5.000 each. They charge $18 to do the measurement, a good deal IMO.
Then I went to the gym and the have a scale similar to the one in the amazon link (Omron Body Composition Monitor with Scale - 7 Fitness Indicators & 180-Day Memory)
InBody 270: https://www.inbodyusa.com/pages/inbody270
InBody 570: https://www.inbodyusa.com/pages/inbody570
Gym Scale: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001803OS6?ref=emc_b_5_i
The results:
InBody 270: 14.2%
InBody 570: 14.6%
Gym Scale: 14.0%
I was surprised that gym scale was in the +/- 1% range from those, supposedly, very accurate equipments.
I am still cutting, planning to lose 3-4 kg more and then I will try to do the same, pay for those measurements and compare to the one in the gym scale.

Hate to be a stickler. But how can one guess some ones body fat with just a chest and back?
I also seriously doubt one can tell someone's bone structure.

Well I can tell you for certain that your estimation is wrong, I have had two measurements on caliper, before the picture 17% and one month after the picture at 15,7 % (last tuesday). Done by someone who are almost a pro on measuring with caliper. What kind of "**** it up" on the pictures is that I'm really lean on my legs. For example, you can see wains and clear muscle definition at calves. Me at about 15% according to caliper, today (measured last tuesday and deficit since then.). I'm much leaner on legs, but still- if you look you can se some definition from ribs.

last time i meet my doctor, he said first, " you look like 8 % Bodyfat.....then he made a BF testing with caliper....and the result was about 12 %. than my doctor said, it would be better for general health reasons to have 10-15 % BF, than below 10 %. You think it,s true. My liver and Cholesterins-level where on top. HDL_LDL Ratio 64-85.

I'd say around 12 or 13%? You dont have abs so maybe you are "skinny fat". I'd say it's time to bulk
