15%. A mixture of both. You could have some more definition but if you go too much lower you may cause diminishing effect.

Thanks man. Several people were trying to tell me I was 15-20% lmao.

Around 16-17%
Looking to finally get shredded hopefully. What do you think my current bad is and how much more do I need to lose to see abs? I’m guessing around 20lbs?

I was curious if the machines at the gym were correct about my body fat%.
Thanks!
Height 5’10/5’11

Oh I’m also 27. Not sure why it says 49

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I've noticed a slight diminishing effect with muscles.
I was thinking of going on a lean bulk for more muscle and strength, whilst still keeping body fat low, i.e. upping to 2500 - 2800 calories a day and more carbs (150-200g a day).
I exercise 6 days a week, compound lifts and calisthenics at the gym, as well as running and boxfit.
Would you recommend I try this, before going on another cut again?

17% around about I would say. Aim for that it will be close depends on water loss really.

Anyway I would say near 23-24%

Yeah I would. I would advise running your caloric maintenance for a couple of weeks to allow any water weight to released and your body homeostasis to return to normal. Likewise it will allow for you to work out your new TDEE maintenance and then add 300 calories to that to limit body fat. Either add back calories for a few weeks or pick a good estimate and deduct 10% for good measure and run with it.
Here is a good link explain a in depth way to transition. You don't have to do it this way but it does help getting correct numbers and hormonal balance:-

Ah thanks man. That’s around the same results that the machine gave me. Do you suggest I should start cutting down a bit before I bulk up more lol

Can someone please estimate my BF% pls
I don't know if i have to stop bulking
Hi all, I lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscle. The picture here if from about a month ago when I was around 170ish pounds.
At the moment I am around 165 but look similar.
I am 5"5'.
What is my bodyfat now? And at what weight should I aim for a 10 percent body fat? Around 130-140?
Losing 30 more pounds seems like a lot. But I want to get to that goal. I started from 243.
Thanks.

Probably best to cut now. If you aim for a deficit of around 500 calories you should be able to build small amount of muscle and cut fat.

Around 17%. As stated in your other post I personally believe if it is winter where you are carry on bulking for a little while longer and cut in the spring.

Around 22% bracket.
Probably that range TBH depends how much muscle you have. Cut to 150 and then review before going any further would be my advice.
Hi all, pictures are attached. Wanted to see where I am at as scale says ~17% which I don't believe personally, I believe its much higher.
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 188 lb

I have you around 16-17% actually. You are certainly not significantly higher then 17% if at all.
Any chance on feedback for my body fat percentage estimate please?

Interesting. Thanks for the input. In your estimation should I continue on cutting or work on adding muscle/bulking? I always get conflicting opinions on this.

Aim to add some more muscle.
You are at the point where cutting much more will cause diminishing results. I should know as I am near enough the same height as you (6ft 2) but slightly lighter in my Avi pic. Being 6ft 3 you need to have more mass.
Follow a progressive training program and aim to get stronger whilst increasing volume as described.

Around 20-22% based on your frontal pic.

Lost 4 more pounds, last time got 14%. 5'9" 143.5 pounds. Am I at least 12%?

Your pic is very difficult to estimate due to the size of it but my estimate would have you near the 20-22% area but again I really need better pics both frontal and back. Upload these to your progress in order for a better estimate. Solid amount of lean mass.
