6 ft 5 (195 cm) , 242 lbs (110 kg) . Hope u can estimate. Also, do you think i should cut or bulk? I was thinking of cutting till end of this september then bulk until february-march then go on cutting till summer. What do you think of this plan compared to my body? Thank you.

And should I continuing bulking or cut? Bulked since August last year and gained over 20lbs.[/QUOTE]
About 13%BF before, ~20%BF after.
You can keep bulking as long as you feel like it... depends on what you want to do. But if you ask me, I'd say cut.

Around 20%BF. I think it sounds like a good plan if you want to put it in timeframes. Personally I like the open approach... cut until you're satisfied with your looks, bulk until you're uncomfortable with how you look.

Thanks. How long do you think it would take me to get to around 10% and hopefully some ab visibility?

Uneven fat distributon like you stated and maybe a bit higher in terms of BF.
In between 17-18%BF from what I can see.

Honestly; cutting to 10%BF might be pushing it in your situation due to LBM (muscle) reasons, which would put you in skeleton territory. If you have abs at 12%BF it's all good, if not, you need to develop them further.

Closer to 13%BF.
3lbs won't do much of a difference, still about the same. Give it 7lbs or so and you might hit ~12%BF, or start building muscle.

33 male 5'10 200lbs. Lowering my body fat for about 3- 4 weeks now this is the first time ive atempted something like this im down about 5lbs. Is 1.5 -2 a good rule of thumb for fs
At loss and not muscle loss becuase one wants to generaly keep whatever muscle you have so does 1.5 generaly equal fat loss? And is it really just calories in vs calories out. So far it has seemed that way for me ( as long as you stay in your macro rstios and calories for the day

Bodyfat estimation please, pictures in profile

There's no pic to be found... did you post in the wrong thread?

You told me between 18-19% one month ago and I’ve lost more weight since.... plus My top two abs are showing, don’t think anyone gets abs unless they are well built and I’m not. You

Sorry man, I don't recall how that/those pics looked. I might have been wrong then, or now.
There usually is a %-range in cutting where one sometimes starts looking a bit worse before improving drastically (15-20%), likely due to losing visceral fat, you might be at that point or I'm simply wrong as I said before^^
How much more did you lose?

Too much body fat to lean bulk? I’ve been working on cutting the last few months and am wondering when to bulk again
-
It’s completely okay man! When you said I’m 18-19% I was 85kg and right now I’m at 83kg. I’ve been dieting down for almost 7 months and I started at 105kg. Right now my muscles seem very flat which is making me look very soft and fatter. I’ve posted the pictures that you said were 18-19%. They’re the recent one’s in BodySpace.

Nope, you can start right away if you want to. Maintenance first though, personally I wouldn't add calories above that before lifting progress stalls.

Great work, that's a lot of weight loss^^
Just keep it up and you'll see significant improvement when you leave the grey area and get into the mid-teens.
-
So do you reckon I’m in between 15-20% grey area or above that. Sorry for repeatedly bothering you

Hard to say actually. I just go by the picture i get. Angle, lighting, water retention, pump/flex/relaxed etc... all of it adds into the visual estimate.
I'd guess you are somewhere around 20% though. If you improve vastly the next 10lbs, then you likely were lower than I thought.

Hi.
Could I get a quick estimate?
Thanks in advance!
77 kg/ 170 lbs
182 cm/ 5'11
-
Still 15-16%BF.
You've only lost a pound since the last estimate. Usually it takes 4-5 pounds (2kg) of weight loss to drop 1%.

5 ft 8 in ( 172 cm ) 145 lbs ( 66 kg )
can I get an estimate?

I feel as if I’m too fat to do any bulking. Don’t I have too much love handles for that?
-
Bf% estimates plz. Look in profile gallery.
Im 5"7' 141ish lb. Ive been lifting for a bit over a year. Im trying to cut down to a lower BF%, 10-12ish, to set up a strong base for a clean bulk.
Also any advise for how much more I should lose? Im trying to avoid getting too small again. I was a 128lb XC runner with maybe a 8-9 inch arm flexed now 141 with 14ish inches flexed.
