Thanks. Looking forward to eat a bit more during the next 3 months or so.
What do you think 22-23%? I’m 5’8 and currently weigh in at 87kg. How much weight do I need to lose to get to 15% and at what bf do you see abs?
Thank you

~25%BF.
I'd guess you need to drop 15kg or so for 15%BF. If you have previously built your abs... they might show at that point. For a full set generally 10-12%BF. You need to work your core if that's important to you.

I'd say you're lean and you look to be 16%BF or so... that number isn't as important as bulding muscle imo, so work on that.

Great weight loss progress! You're in @ at most ~13%BF from what I can see, might be slightly less, but pics are a bit too small/blurry to see some details.

I appreciate the quick reply.
I know I have a long way to go mass-wise.
Just feel like I’m stuck in a weird position considering it’s summer. I lost a lot of weight prior to starting my lifting program.
I’m already near the top of the fat range that I’m comfortable with.

Lift to progress at close to maintenance calories. Staying just slightly below will likely be enough to lift more weight in the gym if you maximize effort, cutting too fast won't^^

I have you around 22-24%

so what will b my bodyweight at 15% ?
if at 178 im at 22%
when i reach 163lbs assuming i kept my protein intake to 1g/bw and kept on training. i should be at 14ish%
15pounds in 7weeks sound good?
6’1 220lbs
Getting about 16% with caliper readings but not sure.
Bf estimate? Pictures were taken as soon as I woke up.

It's not unreasonable. The hard part about estimating end points is that waterweight loss can mess up the data. The best you can do is getting in your protein and lifting with maximum effort.
What You guys think my bf % would be?
Height: 173 czm (5’8)
Weight: 73 kg
38 yo
Train judo and bjj

Looking for a body fat estimate after gaining 12 lbs during surplus over last 6 months.
Height - 5'7
Weight - 176
Age - 51
Thanks!
Attached photo of me flexed and unflexed. Please help with BF % estimate?
This is at 5 9 weighing 153 pounds I am down from 174 and have seen no decreases in lift lost about 1.5-2 pounds a week. Thinking start clean bulk again at 150 pounds I am sick of cutting.

Good that you're into martial arts! Do you lift aswell?
It helped me a lot both in terms of strength and endurance when I started competing in Judo in my teens.
