Loose skin man here again for another estimate! Slowly upping my calories now until I reach 10% for a smooth transition into my first bulk.
@Tucane, Hey buddy, hope you're doing good. You last estimated me at around 12-13% around a month ago when I was 3lbs higher, but I didn't really include my legs very well in the picture and they seem to carry most of my remaining bodyfat. My legs are also the strongest part of my body by a country mile too though, just something to bare in mind.
5'10, 24, 167lbs/75.75kg. Relaxed, no pump, no flex, first thing in the morning photos.
Thanks man! All good:-)
Looks like strong legs in relation to your general physique, sure there is some thigh fat, but the mass makes up for it a good bit. Allround ~11.5%BF.
Thanks for the reply!
How long do you think it'd take to reach 10% bf considering I'm cutting cals, weight lifting + doing abs & cardio?
Much appreciated.
Depends on deficit size. I usually go by 3lbs for a 1% drop when calculating. If you lose 1lbs/week you drop a percentage every 3 weeks or so. Take this with a grain of salt, the amount of waterweight loss is near impossible to pin down... as it varies with each individual.
So maybe 3 months give or take?

Around 17%BF.

Height: 5'11
Weight: Probably around 185-187 lbs. Been ranging like crazy this past month so I'm not 100 on that.
Sorry I currently don't have more than this after workout picture. I'll post some up probably later today, but for now, would you please oh wise ones... Tell me: What is my body fat percentage? Full criticism! U may complement the amount of hair on my chest as well. From some caliper measurements, I gathered around 15-16 percent, but the uncertainty is killing me, and I need some outside opinions.
Oh and I'm flexing, so yea bad picture. I'll post some up later today or tomorrow. All angles :)

@hollowCookies
Looks to be around 15%BF. It's a bit hard to see past all the vegetation, but you've got some arm vascularity and you don't look fat. Usually though, people have higher BF% than caliper readings say, so I'm going to hold my final verdict until you have shaved properly and taken more pics... :-)

Hey, remember when you said I was holding a little bit of water in my midsection. I started controlling my sodium again and lost 7 lbs in the past week (~5 water).

Is it still ~ 13%. The last two pictures are old

Technically, since you lost waterweight your BF% has likely gone up:-D now that's not how we operate in this thread though (we're not DEXA) ... looks more like ~12%BF.

Hey just wanted your opinions on my bf % pics are in myy profile, thanks

yea i know, it’s crazy how sodium can impact water weight that much. I always thought as long as i drink enough water it wouldn’t matter, but 7 lbs in a week is crazy, and my sodium intake isn’t even crazy low right now (2.5-4k)
I’ll post new pics next friday to check up on any more change. I have 19 days until florida and id like to get lean enough we’re I can just maintain that weight during summer so i don’t have to worry about cardio or not eating out
Hey just wanted your opinions on my bf % pics are in myy profile, thanks
Around 14%BF and definetly lean enough for the amount of mass you carry. I know you didn't ask for advice, but I recommend a small surplus from this point.
-
Rough ideas on my body fat as readers give inconsistent results, also recommendations would be appreciated. Also 18 not 49.

Looks about 18%BF or so. You look quite lean, but lack muscle which gives a higher BF%. The main focus should be lifting progress within a good program at around maintenance calories. Work your way up from there.

Thanks for the reply bro I have been thinking of starting a clean bulk as I know I dont have any real muscle mass. I have also be a bit on the heavier side and have had a few diet at a real deficit around 1200 cals a day I still have quite a bit of fat around the lower ab region do u think a bulk wwould help that ? Thanks for any advice appreciate it
-
Any guides on this? Push pull legs routines or single muscle groups and should I consume more carbs to get a better bulk going?

My advice is to ignore that last bit of lower-ab fat, many people literally lose their minds trying to lose it... not worth it.
Unless you already are on a proven program, I recommend looking up Fierce 5 Novice on google, follow it.
You can start at maintenace calories and work yourself up to a small surplus as you progress in lifting.

Look up Fierce 5 (google) it has a novice version with a built in progression scheme you can follow.
Maintenance calories to begin with, higher carb for performance, get in your required minimum of fat and adequate protein. Add calories (carbs) when neccessary to progress in lifting.
