BF% estimate pls, left side pics were 6 months ago, right side pics today, im guessing i've gone from around 18-19% to maybe 16%? My weight has gone down from around 82kg->76kg (5'10 M) Waist 35.6"->32.6"

Don't get caught up in the bf percents numbers too much though. Your muscles will fill out more as you start eating more carbs, unless you're still cutting. If you're still cutting, then be patient and always emphasize getting stronger as that'll help you build some more muscle which is always good. Regardless, best of luck in achieving your goals in life. Nice work

If you wanna do a cut, then I'd say go for it. You've defo built some muscle since 2015, so great work there! My advice, depending on your goals but if "aesthetics" isn't your main focus then it still wouldn't hurt to slow cut for a month or two and shave off even a modest amount, say 0.5-1lb a week. If your main focus is "aesthetics" than yeah aggressive cut all the way.
It's hard to give exact advice without breaking the rules of this thread, but if you want, you could make a question thread on this Losing fat section and we can all band together to figure out a strategy that's best for your goals. Thanks for sharing.

Any advice appreciated[/QUOTE] I'd say you're 16-17% at the highest. I'd do the USNavy's waist, height, and neck measurement for a beter estimate. Nice job on the cut and improving your physique! If I were you, then I'd eat at maintenance and try to keep getting stronger in the gym. Only start lean bulking after you've plateau'd after a long period of time. You're at a healthy bf% eitherway, but yeah if you cut now you'd essentially look like a smaller more ripped version of what you are now. Fun fact if you're at 15-20% body fat you can "lean bulk" by eating at maintenance and letting your fat serve as the small calorie surplus to build muscle.

On top of what my estimated bodyfat is
I want advice on whether I should continue until I see my abs. And if my jawline is ****ed/ is there hope if I get lean?
I just want an objective opinion not from my friends or myself.
My strength hasn’t changed since I started cutting. I have been lifting for a year with any regularity but most of it was losing weight from 93kg until now
25kg dumbbells decline and flat press
Incline bench 22.5kg dumbbells
50kg lat pulldown
There’s just a few numbers
Also I take in 2000 calories day with 3 days of 200 calories cardio
My weight is 76.3kg/167 lbs
And my height is about 184cm

Hey new to the group just wanted a estimate on my bf % roughly lol recently lost a lot of weight mayybe around 2 stone I have starting weight training the last two weeks sticking to mainly compound exercises 3 days a week. I play football quite a lot too which is great for my cardio. Pics are in my profile as it wouldn't let me upload. Thanks very much 👍

About 22%BF.
I'd say continue by all means, but keep deficit small as you'll have better gains close to maintenance calories. All the way down to 6-pack abs isn't neccessary, but down to 14-15% is fine.

Around 22%BF. You need to both gain muscle and lose fat so you can choose the order of things yourself. I'd recommend lifting INTENSELY to progress at around maintenance calories. Put in the hard work and let the good fat oxidation of your current state fuel you.

Dexa Scan says I’m 17.5% body fat, I’m a little confused because apparently less than 15% body fat should be abs I think? Also, plan on cutting down to 160lbs wondering what my body fat will be then and lean bulking to 180lbs any info or help on my journey would be much appreciated. :)

By the way Hardyboy, last time you were correct about my bf. You estimated like 14.5 and I got a dexa done and it was 14.6.
I then finished by cut around 32 days after that estimation and got to 175lbs from around 182lbs and got down to 11.3% via dexa.
I have pics from 9 days ago, at 181 (bringing in new pics Monday), can I get some estimates? Pics in my body space, yellow paint on my head in the pics.
More measurements;
Last time at 14.6% body fat I had a 15mm ab skinfold, and at 11.3% I had a 7.2mm ab skinfold.
In the pics in my body space I had a 9.3mm skinfold (started with a 12.7mm fold beginning this cut). Right now I'm at 8.2mm ab skinfold (new pics coming Monday).

Around 25%BF. Ignore seeing abs for a while, choose a beginner fullbody program from the assigned section. Progress within it by all means, even if you choose to cut.

Dexa has a error margin of up to 5%, so it isn't the end all for estimates. You're somewhere 13-14%BF imo, but with slightly uneven fat distribution. You could be 12% at 160, but it's really hard to say as waterlevels play a part in it aswell.

I started at 140 really skinny im 162 now (im 5 foot 6) after working out for 6 months. I feel like I don't have much muscle and its mentally hard for me to cut weight cause i feel small with a shirt on. Can you estimatr my body fat percentage and tell me what you think i should do.
