50-55%. Everyone has to start somewhere. I would advise cutting all empty calories and just make healthier food choices that will start you on the road to lose weight. After that weight loss, I would aim for a certain calorie amount such as 2500 calories and stick to it that will cause you to drop lots a fat quite quickly and once you are leaner you can start worry about other aspects of nutrition and then exercise.
[QUOTE=azbyfit;1580185301]23 yo, 5'9", 172 lbs, any estimates?

Well I am afraid you are underweight when considering the BMI. But in no sane planet are you over fat. I have you around 18-19%. You need to lean bulk and not cut anymore fat IMO

18-19ish%. You look pretty solid actually your fat level hasn't really changed too much since feb in my opinion also with only gain 10lbs that isn't a massive amount of weight.

Cant post pics due to post count, but my images are in my bodyspace gallery, if you could take the time to check them out and give me some insight. Im 22 yrs old, weigh 139lbs dry, and im 5’6. Ive lost over 100lbs and im conflicted. I tried the us navy method for bf % and got about 10% but when i look at visuals of 10% body fat, i dont have the same muscle separation that they have. Any answers are appreciated :)

Congrats on the large weight loss. I’d say about 12%. I’d stop dropping at this point if I were you and focus on adding muscle.

Ok, thanks very much for taking the time to look. I was really leaning toward starting a lean bulk soon. But i really needed more insight. Again, thank you a ton.

I'd say you have 16-18%. You really need to add some muscle and that would be ok.

Pretty decent at estimating others body fat levels but I'm a bit unsure when it comes to myself. Part of that is simply because I've had wild ups and downs the last 3 to 4 years. At one point in 2015 I was 225 @ 25-30% (at that point who cares lol)...went on a year and a half long cut down to 155 @ pretty low body fat levels in Summer 2016.
Throughout Fall/winter of 2016 and all of 2017 I was lean bulking and got up to 185 @ about 15%. After that I stopped lifting for a year and ballooned back up to 205 @ 20-22%. Got disgusted with myself and did not enjoy last years Summer because I was so out of shape and in a bad place mentally. I started lifting again in the Fall of 2018 and counting/tracking calories strictly in the Winter. I've lost close to 40 pounds and am now sitting at 166.0 this morning. I took these photos this morning after waking up. I'm estimating 13-14% or thereabouts so any other feedback would be appreciated and thanked with some tender Greens to your CP's.
Before, after cutting a bit and getting down to 200 pounds.

My goal is sub 10%, but ideally 8% or lower by early July. Figuring I'll need to drop down to low to mid 150's to accomplish that. Am I delusional or does that sound realistic based on my current condition? Waist is at 30.5" inches around navel, neck at 15.5" and I am 6'0 tall.
Thanks!

Looking really good. I'm looking at 10% or lower too probably going to need to drop to 175lbs or there abouts, not really sure if I'm going to make it, but going to try regardless.

Thanks brah. Is your avi relatively current? You're not too far off if so. You look as lean, or leaner, than the pics I posted IMO. I'm assuming I'm around 13-14% so I'd say you're 12% or so.
What are you weighing in at right now? I'd say you could hit sub 10 by the time Summer starts depending on where you live. If any Southern state (California and every state to the right at that general latitude) then I guess Summer is already in effect.
I'm "lucky" because I live in Seattle so Summer and lake/beach/shirt off activities aren't really consistent until early July. There's a few 75-85 degree days scattered throughout May and June usually but it's not consistent. Gives me a solid 6 more weeks to lose what I need to in order to hit the sub 10% level.

Ayyylmao, I wasn't trying to say that in a negative way bruh. If you're wanting a body fat estimate then easily 6ish% but yeah, you need to be focusing on adding some muscle.
Just curious on what your height and weight is?

I have you lower at a solid 12ish%. Sub 10% around 155lb would do it nicely I would say (you would be around 9%). Would I recommend it, no but I hate trying to get lower then 11-12% if its your goal then no you aren't completely insane, 155lbs would be a solid target weight but you have to be slightly crazy to try getting below 10-11% the pain of dieting really kicks in then.

Around 7%. Probably the lowest bf% I have estimated on this forum, height and weight would confirm it but I am confident in that range.

6’1 140lbs currently. Gaining back as we speak though

Hey guys. Could you take a look at my profile and give me an estimate of my current body fat %?
I'm 6'1 220lbs. I think that im somewhere between 20-25%. I'm down from an obese 300lbs and was wondering where abouts im gonna end up if i want to get to around 12% bodyfat. And how much longer will i need to cut.
-

Yeah I was thinking you were tall. I feel you though man, I'm 6'0 and am at 166 at the moment and will have to get into the 150's to be 8%.
Lucky for you is you're so low body fat and your body is practically screaming at you to build muscle. At your level you'll gain a ton of lean mass. I usually advise lean bulking but for you I'd recommend a solid 1-2 pound per week gain if possible. You'll look awesome at 185+

Appreciate the estimate bruh.
Funny you say 12%. I did a body fat test yesterday after posting in this thread and it said I was 12.4%.
More importantly have 104/79 blood pressure which is essentially perfect. Feels good to be healthy in all phases of life again.

I'm 1-2lbs or so lower then that pic now ~ 190lbs, I live in the EU summer is full blown in around 1.5 - 2 months. I don't really care about that just want to get the fat way down and go on a clean bulk :)
It's a little disheartening as I haven't seen much fat % lose the lower scale weight I go :(

Well I was 315lbs about 3 years ago and took the cut a little far. Been experiencing some muscle memory as far as gaining it back since I started my bulk but I know fat cells act in the same manner so I convinced myself to take it slower than I would otherwise at my weight. Still gaining around .75-1lb a week though, which is a pace I’m fine with right now. I only really have experience in cutting, I’ve never actually done an intentional proper bulk ever since I started getting serious about weight training so it’s been a learning process the last few months.
I appreciate the estimate and any tips my man.

Missed this. Appreciate the estimate man. Wouldn’t mind getting back up to around 9% if I can get back some solid lean mass with it.

So started of August I weighed 210 and was just fat. Now down to 155 Lbs and finished dieting and preparing myself to start my first bulk and was wondering if anyone could give me a body fat estimate. I've pretty much no muscle mass and ideally I would have preferred my body fat to be lower before bulking but I am just shy of 6 foot 1 and have been dieting for 9-10 months now and feel like I just can't lose anymore weight because I already look puny in a shirt due to my complete lack of muscle mass.
So yeah stats are.
6 foot 1
155 lbs
waist is about 32 inches if that helps with estimate.
