About 17-18%.
Thanks again. It gives me motivation now to get lower knowing roughly where I am at now.
Progress has been slow but i'm pressing on nonetheless. What % would you say i'm roughly at?
Thanks in advance.
181cm / 5'10
84 kg / 185lbs
hello
height 171 cm, weight 71 kg
height 5'7 , weight 156 lbs
already lost 4 kgs, trying to get to single digit body fat and then start bulking with lean muscle,
not sure about my current body fat percentage and how much more fat i should lose for single digit so appreciate your comments about those.
thanks
also i'm flexing in last photo

Your pictures arent the greatest. You don't have a great muscle base so even though you aren't carrying a ton of fat, I think you are ~20%.

Thanks for reply
So as i don’t have much of a muscle, you think i should keep losing fat until like 9-10 precent( which i’d probably look very skinny) and then bulk?
Or i should put some muscle first? Honestly the fat is bothering me that’s why i wanted to lose it first
Anyone care to take a guess? Stats are 5'11/206lbs. Thanks!

178cm, 177lbs. Lifting for 6 months from 230lbs. Used to be 320lbs about 6 years ago, hence the loose skin. Because of the loose skin I find it pretty tricky to get an idea of my BF%... would appreciate any help :)

I would guess 11-12% but there are smarter people than me like hardyboysare could give a better estimate.

I wouldn't say smarter one bit. I have to agree at around 12%, very solid amount of muscle good look.
About 17%.
Thanks for answering mate, appreciate it. Quite happy with that number, hoping the loose skin gets better and not worse as I lose more.
Creatine doesn't aid with weight loss (can actually make weight higher due to water retention although will not impact on fat loss beyond calories in vs calories out) and any muscle growth from its use is minimal at best and lacks scientific evidence. Creatine's many functions is to help power output and anaerobic max, also remember some people are non-respondent to creatine supplements possible due to the significant amount of meat consumed (creatine is naturally in meat products).
I am not warning you off it and is one of the best supplements you can take but don't think its a game changer in body composition as its not however certainly helps with max strength.
Thanks for the explanation.

Do you think I should cut to 160, don’t really want to go lower but I don’t know if I’ll be cut enough at 160
Can anyone guess my bodyfat? I am 19, 128 lbs at 5'7.
Im thinking from 14-16
I went through my photos of my previous cut a few years ago, and was wondering if you guys could rate the % of BF I was at. 186 lbs and 5'7 height. I'm gonna do my first attempt on embeding images. If I have too many and/or if having boxers on and not just shorts is against the rules let me know and I will edit them. I would say that is 15-17% maybe closer to 19?

No the pictures are fine and is good to see clear photos to judge. I would say 17% is about right you can start seeing some outline of the core but not enough to be in the 15% bracket.

Only a few pounds down (~3lbs) from previously asking , wanted to get another estimate if possible
Everywhere else seems to be dialed in nicely but still no lower abs.. Currently on contest prep and I think I'm behind on this prep because if this. 6 weeks out but just men's physique. Is it doable?

About 11% maybe a touch lower. Depends how low you generally go when you go on stage. 8-9% should be doable any lower you will be hard pushed.

Okay that's reassuring. I'm not expecting first place but lets just stick with this and see. Thank you will definitely take more diet breaks (avoid binges) and leave more time for sure.
