Started at 150 lbs. 4 weeks ago. I thought I was at 25% body fat around that time and now 20%. Taken this pic just now that looks like at 30% body fat.
Just finished my 2nd month on cut. Eating 1,500 calories on cut. Lost around 7 lbs on first month while lost only 4 lbs on 2nd month. I'm at 139 lbs. now and decided to start my bulk at 2,200 calories. I want a good estimate on my body fat % so that I will have an idea how much muscle and fat I gained after I bulk for 8 months. Feel free to estimate even though someone already did so that I can have several opinions.

Hey everyone,
1,98m (about 6'3) and 79kg (about 175lbs). Is it time to go back to eating at maintenance for a while? Weight loss has stalled for the past 2 weeks or so and I don't think I should get any lighter, considerig my height.
Pictures are in BodySpace.
Thanks in advance!

Lean bulk would be my advice. Cutting any further won't do anything good for you.
Sup guise. Been leaning out nicely. Any guess to the bf%? Thanks!
6’6 200 20 yo pics in bodyspace
Not really a bodybuilder more into power athletics, so I don’t need to be shredded, just wondering my bf and how much more weight I should lose before trying to gain weight. Planning to just eat 200-300 over maintenance once I’ve leaned out.
Thanks in advance!
Good progress mate, out of interest how much did you weigh in your before photo? I am 6’6 too so it’s good to get an idea.
6’ 0” Currently 179 (Second Pic)
Started my weight loss at 265 and cut way too quick. Dropped to 174 (First Pic). I Wanna put on mass but feel like I have too much fat. Any estimates on either picture?
I'm new and want to get my body fat before starting to bulk.
What is my body fat % ?
estimate please - pics in body space
currently 21, 5 ft 10 and weigh 144b

Hey! :-) About 15% (up to 16%) - decent muscle mass but the amount of fat is still protruding.
Please estimate my BF percentage. I am 53 years old, 5'8" and 185 lbs coming down from 225 lbs four months ago. My goal is 10% BF. Lately, I have been consuming 2000 calories daily eating clean with about 150-200 grams protein each day.

please estimate, 5"4 , 167.6 lbs

Hey! 13-14% - decent muscle mass. Don't push the deficit beyond 500 calories daily to preserve.

Hi. Don't bother above 20%, as you're about 22-23%. Some muscles - I would suggest a 750-1000 daily deficit with at least 150 grams of protein per day, as well as sufficient rest (7.5 hours of sleep at least) and 3-4 days of gym per week. CICO>all, if you strong, don't bother with cardio, just lift heavy and be strict on your diet - eat healthy to not feel hungry. You're pretty short, so your TDEE will be less already.
u saying that about the new pictures rigth?
With those veins, I think its below 8%
very good brow, u just need to train more abs to improve the look, u can do abs all days, its regenrate too fast.

This one?
Circa 15%, seems like low muscle mass but you mentioned lighting - can be just average and due to the short height gives illusion of wide hips/narrow shoulders/not much V-taper.

Hey Guys,
I am a new member and have been struggling with cutting for quite some time. I was curious what my body fat percentage is in these most recent pictures. I am just coming off of a 2 week not healthy eating time. My diet was horrid during that time. When I am on track my diet consists of 2000 calories. 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20 % fats usually. Also do you think that bottom belly fat and lower back fat is that extra skin or is that fat I can lose? What weight would I need to be at to see no bottom belly and how long would that take?
** The last photo was taken before my 2 week binge eating **
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 197 pounds.

I really need help. I look bad due to my loose skin and non defined muscles and need suggestions of what to do not before that I need to know my body fat count and how I should move forward.
I think its in my body space can't post pictures or links in posts unless I have 50 posts and I don't so yeah....
My photo is in bodyspace.
And also I'm 5'11 and weigh at about 76kgs
What a great thread !!! I'd like an estimate of my body fat percent.
I am age 70; 5'8, 150 pounds. I have been "hitting the gym" for over forty years. I recently lost 15 pounds of "love handles" and belly fat and my 32" waist jeans have become too loose if I don't wear a belt. While my workouts are limited by an obvious s****osis (curved spine) and a tendon injury which required surgery in 2016, nothing stops me from hitting the gym 5 days a week and I eat a high fiber, low fat, high protein diet.
Anyway, three body pictures are in the gallery section of my profile on bodyspace.
Thanks in advance. (Not sure why spinal condition of s-c-o-l-i-o-s-i-s above won't publish?)
Estimation please, 20 years old 5'10 187 lbs, currently bulking trying to go to 200 before cutting, trying to not get excessively fat.
