I'd cut first. 10-12lbs or so and then reverse course.

I'd start off at maintenance and then after 1-2 months start bulking. IMO, you need to build muscle more than you need to lose fat, and if you cut after getting to 200lbs or so, you'll have more to show for it.

I just began Keto and I am weight training and doing HIIT 3 to 4 times a week. (Started 2 weeks ago and dropped from 211 to 206 morning weight).
In high school i wrestled 152 and 160. I continued lifting in sophomore year of college at 19 yo where my peak strength reached 285 pounds on flat bench for 5 reps, squat 315 for 8 to 10 reps, deadlift 315 for 5 reps, i am now 23 yo and deff don't lift that heavy). Looking to drop to 10 to 12% bodyfat. What is my body fat %?

Did competitive powerlifting in high school but have been working a desk job for the last 8 years and working out sporadically.

Started back lifting and tracking my macros for a cut 3 weeks ago.

Any idea on current body fat %? Profile pic is relaxed and from today.

I have people telling me to cut down to a lower bf%, and people telling me to build some muscle first. I'm not sure what to do. I just started and have only been lifting for one month now.

About 16-17%. I would start off at maintenance. As a new lifter, you should be able to recomp for a few months. From there, I'd bulk.

Do you think I need to cut more ? I went down from 216lbs to 141lbs over 20 months. I am actually in maintenance now, will start a lean bulk and then do a few cycles to try and shift the soft belly fat below the belly button and hopefully the skin will tighten up over time.

I'm 5,7feet and 159lbs. Any idea on my current body fat %?

i've been cutting for nearly 2months lost around 10-11lbs. Should i continue to get leaner or?
Also, any recomendations on which bodyparts are falling behind,

About 20% I'd slowly cut until you're closer to 15%

13-14% Depends on your end goal. You could do either. I'd do more upper chest and traps. How are your legs doing?
