Hey guys I’m 20 years old 5-10 166lbs 32.5 in waist as of right now cut from 227 so I’m happy with progress. Been struggling to lose my moobs and it’s been tough what body fat percentage do you guys think I am and what do u think I should cut to? Don’t want to get too light. any suggestions or estimates are appreciated thanks! Pics are in my bodyspace
17% I would say. I would drop to about 155-160 and then do a long lean bulk.
https://imgur.com/gallery/J9LW5xo
5’7 160 the two are from when I started lifting and the other two are me now. What should I focus on a cut or keeping on doing what I’m doing ?
Depends on your goals if its aesthetics then cutting would be the best option. If powerlifting then carry on.

Around 15%, I would lean bulk to not end up skinny when cutting.
really? do you think it’s that low? i feel like i have a lot of stomach fat
That doesn't really matter everyone holds fat differently and men hold fat most around lower stomach (it is the last to go as well). You don't have a lot of stomach fat you have fat on the lower stomach (belly button and lower) which generally won't disappear until you are sub-10% bf. Generally if you have the outline of your core defined you are about 15-16% as for you the first couple abs are starting to be noticeable therefore you are slightly lower and I think I can see the start of the ribs being noticeable which again indicates below 15% bf.
In my books you are lean.
Aaaa

Hey guys! Hope all your days are going well.
I'm posting the following pics for just general advice on what areas you guys think I should improve on, what you guys think of current aesthetics (although i'm just returning to working out after a bit of a long hiatus), and what body fat % you guys would peg me as
I'm 24 years old, 5'11 and currently 81kg (180 lbs).
Sorry in advance for the sub par lighting/photos.
Greatly appreciate your inputs!

Just another guy looking for a BF% estimate. I'm 6'3" and 187 lbs. Couldn't figure out attachments, but my most recent pics are uploaded to Bodyspace today in progress photos. Thanks in advance!
Received an estimation about a month ago at 26%. Just checking in to see if Im on track. Trying to get back to my old size (on the right). What bodyfat am I in both photos? Thanks in advance.
Looking for some estimates on my body fat, I used to be very lean but 3 or 4 years of beer and pizza have given me the 'soft' look. I'm currently on a cut and have been for 2 weeks and have lost around 6lbs but I can bet that's mostly water weight. I have gained a good 60lbs in the past few years so it wouldn't surprise me if my BFP is quite high.

Thanks, man. Repped. I was thinking a couple of percentage points lower, but that's why I asked.
Hello wonderful people - I was wondering if you could estimate my body fat! I have been hitting the gym regularly for about a year now and about to go on my first cut to finally lean down before I continue adding more muscle. My pictures are in my 'progress' in my profile!

No problem it is mainly to do that you lack core definition which pushes you up. Although bf% are not determined by just one place such as stomach generally on most men this is last place to go therefore the lower the % less of a gut is present. Irrelevant of this you are reasonable lean as your 6ft 3 if you are interested I would suggest adding muscle as on bigger frames fat percentage is easier to hide then smaller frames when you have more muscle. When I have cut to around 11-12% (avatar) I'm touching 170lb at 6ft 2 and I believe I look too small, so I do recommend getting more muscle as us taller men need it.

Agreed that I could use some more muscle mass. You should have seen me 9 months ago before I started lifting! Got up to about 200 lbs on a fairly dirty bulk, so I've been cutting back the last 6 weeks or so. I think I'd like to lose a few more lbs just to give me some more time to bulk. Losing patience with the cut though as I've seen some strength losses.
Thanks again. I lurk around here quite a bit, and I'm always impressed with how helpful you are.

Hello, I'm very curious to know what you guys would guess my body fat percentage is! My Omron weight scale (BIA Method) gives me 16% BF and measuring tape formulas give me 7% to about 12%. I've never used calipers, so not sure what that would give me.. If my bf % is truly 10% (lets say that's results avg), am I considered too skinny at only 150lbs? Over the holidays I was visiting family and they thought I was too skinny and looked sick.. LOL (I recently cut from 200+ lbs (obese).
Did a 10 week transformation, what do you guys think the starting and ending bf percentages are?
To start off with your description is a tad misleading those two pictures are not 10 weeks apart simple as that. Based on your images on your profile the first one was back in 2010 and the new one is present so 9 years. Just in case people read that and get confused and expect 10 week results to do this as they wont.
OK as for bf%, first 26% mark, second - 13% about (good lbm)
