Hi! I'd like to know my estimate bf%
I was 195cm and around 115kg and cut down to 87kg (lots of cardio and little to no lifting). I basically ****ed up.
As you can see I have a lot of fat and very little muscle (I can see my ribs a lot). In some parts of the body, like the arms/back, I have some more muscle and less fat and I'm happy with that, in others it's the complete opposite (like my butt/upper legs of which I don't attack a photo xd)
For the last 2 months I've been cutting very slowly to get rid of the excess fat and lifting a lot but I constantly worry about whether I should keep cutting or do a slow bulk. Any opinions?

I weigh 86 kg and 170 cm in height. Handheld machine (at my local pharmacy) showed me at 14.8%. But i am not too sure if thats true.

Also do you think i should cut? I wan to be able to jump higher and run faster. ATM i can reach the rim which i think is good for my height but i want to dunk too at some point.

I was hoping to get a GUESSTIMATE on the weight I will be around 10-12-14% bodyfat which I guess is beach lean as that is my goal. I’m Currently 5,8 feet at 265 pounds,I think around 36.6% Bodyfat and around 170 lean body mass. Heres 3 Old body fat% pics when I was 220-240 three years ago. I know those scales aren't so accurate but surprisingly it was very close.. within 3% of what numbers people were telling me in the Bodyfat% guess thread. I also did use a fat caliper and measuring tape and got very similar body fat numbers. So its sort of close.

20-22% Will probably have to get below 215 to reach 10%. 215 would be right if you lose 100% fat, but you will lose some water weight/glycogen as well.

Partyrocking could I get an estimate please? I am 40 years old, 5'9", 156 pounds. Been on cut since late November: 2000 cals for a month, then 1800 for a month, then 1700 since early Feb and have lost about 7 lbs. Protein at 1.2x body weight. Compound weights 3x/week with 2-3 weekly swims. Picture here and in bodyspace (one dated 3.23.2018). Thinking one more cut to 1600 cals for next 6-8 weeks. Thank you!
