Finally decided to fully get shredded before bulking, after cycling for so long in the skinny-fat area.
Currently 3 months into the diet, about 17lbs down.
I'm wondering to know what's my current body fat? or any opinion. Coz it's hard to judge me objectively.
I'm 27 and 5'9!
Cheers

Hi everyone, can someone estimate my current bf percentage? https://imgur.com/a/VD3sxnm
I am currently doing lean bulking and i need a starting figure. I will end my bulk once my bf percentage reaches 20%.
Hard to say... could be 25% or a bit more....
You kind of confirmed my suspicion a little bit.
Inbody placed me around 20% while 3 point callipers placed me around 24%.
When you mentioned hard to say, did my love handles throw off your reading a little bit? Unfortunately I have high / wide hips so my bones kinda pushes my love handles outwards :(

5’11” 141 lbs body fat
Hello!
I dropped quite a bit of weight due to moving to a new city where I’m walking 10km a day, but am still hitting the gym. My most recent pics are in progress pics in body space.
Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to understand what my bf % is like, as I seem to have little to no definition when relaxed

After 3 long years of health issues, can finally start getting back into action.
Requesting a bf estimate to keep track of progress if you would be so kind.
Calipers say around 13%-14% but would like a visual estimate too

Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Could you help me estimate my body fat? You can view my photos on my progress pics on my profile.
I am 34, 178 cm (5'10"), I have been 82Kg (180 lbs) for the last 6 months. My scale says I am at 25% body fat. Do you think is correct or is it more ?
It has been a year that I have started lifting, but I have been highly inconsistent. I am trying now to follow a good routine and be more consistent. However, for my nutrition, do you think I should start with a cut? and for which duration before switching?

Probably 28-30% zone. Yes you need to cut, at least 25+ pounds and then re-evaluate.

Around 21-22% give or take.

The easiest way to calculate your body fat percentage is to just use the skin fold test. This takes the measurements of your skin and compares them to the body fat range charts. But one of the problems with this test is that it really only gives you a range of where your body fat is. If you're in a certain range, you're in that range.

Body Fat
I am not able to see pictures. Therefore, I am unable to estimate your body fat percentage based on images.
There are several ways to measure body fat percentage, including skinfold thickness measurements, bioelectrical impedance, and dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA). However, it is not possible for me to provide you with an accurate estimate without a physical examination or the use of proper measurement tools. It is recommended to consult with a health professional or fitness expert for accurate measurement of body fat percentage.
-
Hi,
What would you estimate my body fat to based on latest photos in my profile?
5'11 200lbs
-
15% body fat: This percentage of body fat usually fits into the “lean and fit” category. Outlines of muscle can be seen, but there is not really a clear separation between them. Muscles and veins can slightly be seen, but are covered by a thin layer of fat. However, the overall body shape is present and can be noticed.
