Howdy! So this month I swapped to a very demanding job, I've haven't had any time I can devote to the gym, apart for a 20-30 minute bodyweight workout when I get home. I'm pretty sure I've lost some muscle mass, and added 2 or 3% BF since my last estimate here.
The feedback last time was it was hard to tell my BF from the photos so I uploaded a quick video to YouTube. Hopefully it will give a better idea.
For reference I'm 6'3 and 164lbs.

First of all, amazing work brother!
I'm at a similar stage right now, but I can tell you're leaner.
You have to be somewhere sub 11%
I'm not very good at gauging below 10%, so I'd guess somewhere between 9% and 11%
Unless the picture quality is bad and your lower abs are all veiny, and your quads are all veiny, then you'd be at sub 9%

the plan is to start maintaining later this week, this seems like a good balance where i don't look too small (imo) [I]and[/I] i have enough room to maintain --> lean bulk without losing definition instantly. i'd probably look too small if i cut 5 more pounds, plus i don't think i could mentally handle more cutting at this point anyway

You look good! I guess 12-14%? Very balanced with some good definition and at your age the only way is up. I would say bulk but be mindful that you look healthy, have age on your side, and life has many things to offer outside the gym too. Maybe seek some expert advice on the diet. Keep up the great work!

I just got a 5.6% INbody directly after getting a 9.3% DEXA. INbody has been consistently 4% ish low as compared to the DEXA. I know this isn't universal but that would put you at 12ish and the pics look like that.

Hey guys , I couldn’t figure out how to post pictures on the forum so I uploaded two current pictures to my profile . I have recently dropped 35 lbs and am sitting at 180. My goal was to hit 170 and do a clean bulk however I feel I still have quite a bit of fat . Dose anyone have any guess of what bf I would currently be at and a good goal weight to hit before a bulk ?

Welcome to the world of natural cutting, everyone has a lot more bodyfat than they think. You're probably 23-24%, and you have another 25-ish pounds to go.

Please rate my bodyfat based on this tik tok vid. All my progress videos are here. I started at 17% according to inbody about a 7 weeks ago. Inbody now has me at 7.3%. Know I’m not showing my abs here, but based on this what would you say. I’ve been using OMAD and a large caloric deficit, using both diet and lots of liss to burn additional calories while hitting my minimum protein requirement. There has been no muscle loss according to my scans and my strength has actually gone up on 1500-2000 calorie deficits. Usually eat around 1200 cal, with 215 G protein, lift 6 days a week for an hour and so 2 hours of liss-miss all days. Losing 1% bf a week according to scans
