Thanks

Thanks! I went on a lean bulk after that photo because I didn't feel like buying another round of new clothes which is where I was headed. I'm holding true to a 2 lb per month gain over the last 5 months (back to 205 now)... Bulk is going fantastic and the fat gains are very minimal, strength gains are pretty significant too. Plan to bulk back to 215 and then cut again...
I would cut another 8-10lbs.

Hi there,
I'm 5'10", 165 lbs. I'm using an ACCU-Measure Caliper to measure my body fat % at my suprailiac. The reading consistently says 8-9mm which translates to 9.5% body fat according to the included chart. However, that seems wrong to me as other people below 10% body fat look ripped. Is the measurement wrong? Am I misunderstanding something? I've included pictures below.
Thanks!
Craig

I used an Omron Body Fat monitor, it came back with 18.4%. I dont know what I was at before. The monitor was reviewed at 9/10 by bodybuilding.com. I'm actually happy at that figure, now I can work to reducing that, will be a long road ahead but I am staying positive !!

Get down to 150-155 and you'll be in a good position to start bulking.
Could you estimate mine please ? :)
None of them are flexed, or maybe just a tiny little bit.
I'm 5'7 170 and need a BF estimate. My pictures are in my bodyspace progress section.

Hi, could anyone give me a rough estimate please. I know lighting in gym can maybe be somewhat a benefit...
Check my bodyspace please
Height is 6'2

Age 19
Most recent pic is my avi, could I get an estimate please (My guess would be 12-13%)

Hey guys. Two questions. I'm on a fat loss journey from 276 lbs.
Age - 23
Current Weight - 195 lbs
Height - 6 ft 1
1.) What would you guys estimate my bodyfat to be?
2.) Is it too early to tell if I will have loose skin around my midsection? I'm starting to get concerned, seeing how my belly looks right now... But then again I'm thinking as long as I keep training + eating properly I should be good.
(heavy compound and volume lifting, minimum gallon of water a day, fish oil, slight caloric deficit (~500), gradual progress)

If you don't have loose skin already, you'll probably be fine, but you'll need to get to under 15% bf to know for sure.
Estimates please!!
I weigh 151 at 5’9 in height. I started at 172 and 25% and cut all the way down to 144 and have been bulking for about a month and a half so far now. I’m gaining strength extremely rapidly so I’m enjoying bulking, and I think I’ve gained some muscle too. My bodyfat calipers say I’m about 10%. I almost feel like I got a bit of a sticking gut still though.
https://ibb.co/m9GqHR
I'd say around 10-12% for sure.
I'd say around 10-12% for sure.
do you mean me? Thanks man. Yeah calipers said 10% when I weighed 144 and now at 151 they still say 10%, so I’m probably around there and hopefully not gaining too much fat. These are the accu measure ones which are known to be accurate to within plus or minus one percent.
I don’t wanna put fat back on too fast as that cut was a brutal grind. Started at 25%

Thanks man. I’m bulking and hope I can get a lot heavier before cutting again. I still feel like I have a bit of gut but hopefully that will get better as I add Muscle,

I am 5'9, 162 pounds. Weighted on a Publix scale. My scale at home says 162.8.
Started at 160 in August (pics on my body space) but only put on 2 pounds since then even though I am eating 3.2k cals everyday (tracking calories and macros). I have put on strength but my physique in my opinion is far from impressive unless I have a good pump & good lighting (yeah my profile pic... haha)
My goal in August was to get strong at bench, OHP, deadlift, and squat as it was the first time I ever trained using barbell exercises, went on a weightlifting program, and counted calories. I feel like if I cut now I'm going to be small as **** and weaker (than my already weak) lifts. Goal weight was 175 but I don't think that's going to be possible without getting fat.
I'm 5'11 and 180lb, can anyone give me a guess on my body fat percentage?

And can anyone post any pics of people who they reckon would look similar to me at 10-12% body fat?
This is pretty much what I'm aiming for

Thank you. My "bulk" although very short lived and not really successful, I think I am going to start cutting once I reach 165-168. Looking back now I think I should've started the bulk at a lower body weight to begin with. Crappppp... First time so I guess it couldn't be perfect.
If anyone has a minute to give their best estimate I'd really appreciate it. I'm 1 week into my cut.

Thanks. In case you were curious — your post-cut guess was about right (8.7% per Dexa). Pre-cut guess was high (14.0%); thought the visible six-pack when flexing would have you pegging it closer to 15%.

About 16% Lower back/love handle fat can be a pain to get rid off. You may still have some when it's time to stop cutting.

I was recently told I was over 20% which came as a huge shock to me. If this is true, Ill work on doing a body recomp, eating maintenance on workout days, and at a defecit on rest days.
