Male, 5'8, 168lbs. (172cm, 76 kg)
Attached are front/side pics, lighting might not be the best.
I'm probably beginner/amateur for gym and weight lifting level. I want to cut down to 150lbs (68kg), but given that I don't have much muscle on my frame, I should probably work my way up to ~185, and try a cut then? I also wouldn't mind cutting now, and then slow bulking after.
Any estimates on body fat + suggestions on cut/bulk are appreciated
About 19% I'd cut first and then bulk.

Alright so i haven't lifted in 8 years until recently. I'm 6"4 225 and have been back at it for 6 weeks. I Have lost 10lbs so far. 8 years ago I was 264 at the same bodyfat I am now. But the difference was I was lifting for strength as opposed to bodybuilding. I Am cutting till around 12% then lean bulking and will not be going over 16% bf ever again because losing weight absolutely sucks!!! If you could please give me an estimate on both the before pic which was from 2 weeks before I started dieting and hitting the gym and the current pics. it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! No idea how to post pics as I've been trying for 2 hrs then read the bottom and put the pics in my BodySpace under progress pics. If you can not see them please tell me!! Thank you!

Thank you very much man. I appreciate it. I was a little lower in my personal estimation assuming the first pic was 22% and the updated pic 18% but regardless it's good progress for me.
Question... So I have never cut weight before and I have been steady for 6 weeks. All of my lifts have gone up in strength and I'm on a 400-1200 calorie a day deficit depending on day and how I feel. I do am fasted cardio for 45 min 4 days a week. Do you think it would be more beneficial given where I'm at to go on a lean bulk now and continue am fasted cardio to increase muscle and very slowly add zero to possibly utilizing some of my excess bodyfat for energy throughout the winter over next 4-5 months and then finish the cut. I'm asking this because of the expedential amount of muscle memory I'm hoping to still have. I just thought of this and haven't even considered the thought before! Thank you very much

Around 30%. You'll have to cut/bulk a few times to reach your goal.

Hi could I get an estimate of my BF coming near the end of a long cut. I estimate myself to be somewhere between 13 - 15%, would like some opinions on whether to start bulking or not as I feel like I have lost a lot of size.
Thanks! (Sorry about the lighting)
-
Around 15% I have no idea if you lost a lot of size, since I don't know what you looked like before. Most lifters, though, are disappointed with their first cut.

Here is when I started! It's been a long journey. I don't think I had that much mass in the first place haha
-
M, 195 cm (6'5"), 200lbs (91kg)
I have been working out regularly for the past year, but have been watching my nutrition for a few years. Would like to know where I'm at and maybe get some advice on what to focus too? Also I'm not keen on too much size, my goal is to look and feel good.
I have taken pictures in different lightings to get a better feeling of what my body looks like, here is the link to the album: imgur com/a/5kLFC (just add the dot back, files are too big to attach)

Care to elaborate on eating? I'd say I eat around around 2500 calories a day, more or less depending how much I am at home.

You lack mass. If your goal is aesthetics, you should gain weight. I would increase your calories until you're gaining 2lbs/month.

Yeah, I agree I lack some mass now that I have lost around 10lbs in a year, what do you think my goal weight should be? Around 210lbs? I don't want to gain too much fat, or well bulk too much, I have a hard time burning the fat off.

About 20% I'm not an expert, but in the side picture, it looks like your posture is a bit off.

I'd aim for 215-220. You'll need to bulk/cut a few times to make substantial progress, but if you keep the weight gain gradual, you shouldn't have too much fat to burn at any given time.

Thanks for the estimate, I think I should keep cutting while lifting for the next few months. Is 190- 195 a good goal weight to start a clean bulk?
