Appreciate it cheers. I've been losing the weight by doing more exercise. Don't tell anybody

Sorry dude but studies show that the only way to lose weight is by participating in a metabolic ward study that proves it.

Today is my 7 month progress of cutting and lifting. Started on 11/12/2020 at 212 lbs and am now at 174 lbs.
Am I around 14-15%? Or am I still above. I feel like I've stalled out for 2-3 weeks and it's getting kinda mentally draining to see the scale oscillate between 171-175 after going for so long
Thank you ahead of time

I would put you around 14-15 but I'm no expert in bodyfat. Your transformation has been great though regardless of what it is. Great job

Hi
What is my BF percentage estimate? Photos are in my gallery.

I think 14% is a very reasonable estimate

I think I need a better picture with a slight ab tensing.
I think you're hiding definition because you're kind of sticking our your stomach a bit.
I would imagine you're around 15% but I need a better image

Thanks both for replies! I think the 'unrelaxed front' pose is very unflattering, there is a tensed picture and sideways picture in the progress album that gives more perspective.
Useful to know that I'm probably around 15% - 20% though (though hopefullly closer to 15!). Getting to 10% bf is going to be a real slog!

Lost 33lbs so far! Wondering what my bodyfat was before and after.
Hoping for abs soon!

Im not sure which picture is tensed, there's no way you're 20%... I stand by my 15% estimate.

Not the best picture angles, but you look fit dude... not bad at all.
I'd say you're around 15%
