I would say you are in the ball park of 17-20%. This is a very rough estimate though as you have no really good pictures showing your arms or back.
Hey can I get a guess based off my avi I’m 6’4 195 lbs and I think I’ve got weird genetics as far as holding bodyfat. I’m flexing abs in picture. Do any of you pros know how much lower I’ll have to drop my bf% to get my abs to show and have cuts? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Based on your avi - you arent carrying a ton of fat. I would say 15 or less.
As far as your abs, if you are flexing them in that picture, you probably should try and work harder on them in the gym to improve there muscularity. It looks as though they are lacking and could be more developed. You would really have to cut a lot of fat and get sub 12, probably near 10 to have decent cuts in them with you current build. They will look much better and show at a higher %BF if they were more developed. The should even be slightly showing now at your current BF.
But remember, this is all based on one tiny avi pic.
6'3" 197lbs in both pics down from 216lbs, looking to lean out so I can go on a 1yr+ lean bulk.
carb depleted and unflexed in pics
What is my bodyfat % and how much more down to go give or take for 10-12% ?
You're getting close to 12%. Hard to say exactly as you don't have a ton of muscle (Not to be a dick, just constructive criticism). I would stop cutting today and start your bulk. No need to waste any more time cutting as you won't get much more benefit in the long run other than a slightly shorter cut the next go around
Most find going 10% pointless and I agree. You are lean and look good so it may be time to think about slowly building more muscle. If you gained a small amount of weight a month (something like 1.5-2lbs a month) whilst progressively getting stronger and increasing volume you should build mainly muscle. This may offer the best results.
I actually think I was carrying a lot of water weight. I weighed in at 174 last few days rather than 176. I have built a good amount of muscle, so I think it might be ok to keep cutting?
The reason I want to get to a low bf is because it's been a goal of mine. I also want to help motivate others. These pictures will explain (a bf guess on the before would be appreciated ^.^)

Are those pictures flexed or not? If they are flexed, maybe 14-15. If not, maybe 12-13. Not going to take much of a cut for you at all.
Edit - Flexed I would probably still guess no higher than 14% actually.

I'd guess around 13%. I wouldn't even cut too much more IMO.
FWIW, I'm 5'8 in my AVI at around 158lbs
Great progress

Well you are looking around 28-30%. Fair enough you do have the mass to cut down its just ain't fun getting there as although the process is the same (less calories) your body can become a tad good at making you lazier therefore your general TDEE drops.
Once you get to a point where dropping calories is not an option without effecting workouts you will need to increase exercise.

I agree with this. I would not recommend trying to cut to single figure bf% is that is what you are aiming for as its will make you seem very small. You are lean and look good so building muscle should be on the cards soon. If you want to keep the leanness for summer keep weight training on a small deficit/ maintenance and this will allow you to build a small amount of muscle whilst losing a small amount of fat.
If not lean bulk would be my thought cutting much lower would be pointless really.

Too fat? Too skinny? About average, but lack muscle definition? About average and had some muscle definition? General comments?
Bf%?

Appreciate the input guys. I wasn't really shooting for single digits, at least not what I think would be single digits, but I was hoping to get lean enough to get some better ab definition and lessen my lower back fat enough that pants sit right
I have been able to continue progressing strength wise without issue so far, but you're saying if I try to cut down closer to 150 it won't make a difference?
repped you all btw

Of course it will make a difference and you will be leaner and possibly have some abs. The question is though would you really want to be 150lbs at 5' 8. Like I said you look pretty lean to me. The only problem I find if you cut too low is that it looks great for a month but as soon as you start bulking you lose your definition quite quickly.
The choice is yours if you want the leanness for the summer then 150lb would be lean but pretty light. Also when you are cutting you are very unlikely to build any muscle so longer the cut less muscle gaining.

About 14%. You are pretty lean as your core is showing. IMHO you should be lean bulking that will offer the best results. Aim for 2lbs a month and most should be muscle if macros and weight training is optimal.

I think what you're hoping for is more or less a perfect stopping point.
Just don't get too caried away
They'll be more bulk/cut cycles where larger muscles over time will reaaally start to pop at a decently lean bf.

Not sure about bodyfat % Does anyone have a good guess based from my profile pic? I am 5'8 and 161lbs...
I'm finally getting serious to cut down to 10-12%

Hello, I'm 25 years old, 5'10 and pretty new. Started working out roughly 4 months ago and was in a really bad shape (~165lbs, really slim and no muscles whatsoever, but with a belly). I'm now at about 182lbs. Still not muscular, but at least there's something now.
I look better, but my belly is still too fat I think, so I'm trying to decide whether to continue bulking and putting on mass, or would it be a good idea to cut for a bit before getting back to the "growing muscle" stage. That's why I think it would be good to know my body fat %.
My "Eye test" says I'm at around 20% bf, but I'm not too experienced with this, so maybe some of you veterans could give your estimates?
Thank you in advance!
P.S. I'm relaxed in my first 2 pics and "flexing" in the last one.
P.S.2 Sorry for the last pic being upside down... This website did it :D

Are you breathing in or just flexing? If you are just flexing then you are lower around 17-18%

22-24%. Aim for 15% first then review there you may lack lean body mass to go lower without looking really skinny.

Not sure about veteran but I can give you my estimate:-
You are better at estimating then you think 20-21% would be my guess as well. Probably be best to cut down to about 15% then repeat really. Make sure you are doing a well proven program like Fierce 5, Allpro, Starting Strength or Stronglifts. Even on a cut try and progress as suggested in one of these programs as you can gain a little bit of muscle during a cut if protein is at reasonable level and the correct weight stimulus is there. Generally you should be able to still get stronger on a cut as well.

Also I used a TDEE calculator where I got around 2800-2900 kcal?
