I think I'm around 20-25% currently
Here are two pictures I just took. I'm 6'2 205lbs currently. Trying to cut after about a year of weight gain. I mostly do a push/pull/legs with 20-30 min LISS training split while incorporating HIIT and track workouts on active rest days. I do IF and have been keeping my calories around 1800-2300 with about 130g being protein.
My goal is to be around 185lbs.
P.S any recommendations on training chest more evenly would be appreciated. I have recently been doing mostly unilateral exercises to correct it but believe its also due to my posture.
