Hello,
Could you help me estimate my body fat? You can view my photos on my progress pics on my profile.
I am 34, 178 cm (5'10"), I have been 82Kg (180 lbs) for the last 6 months. My scale says I am at 25% body fat. Do you think is correct or is it more ?
It has been a year that I have started lifting, but I have been highly inconsistent. I am trying now to follow a good routine and be more consistent. However, for my nutrition, do you think I should start with a cut? and for which duration before switching?

Probably 28-30% zone. Yes you need to cut, at least 25+ pounds and then re-evaluate.

[QUOTE=Dranseth;1669561673]Not sure what I did wrong but my request was skipped over.
Can someone please provide me an estimate based of my 2 recent pictures in Bodyspace?

Around 21-22% give or take.

The easiest way to calculate your body fat percentage is to just use the skin fold test. This takes the measurements of your skin and compares them to the body fat range charts. But one of the problems with this test is that it really only gives you a range of where your body fat is. If you're in a certain range, you're in that range.

Body Fat
I am not able to see pictures. Therefore, I am unable to estimate your body fat percentage based on images.
There are several ways to measure body fat percentage, including skinfold thickness measurements, bioelectrical impedance, and dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA). However, it is not possible for me to provide you with an accurate estimate without a physical examination or the use of proper measurement tools. It is recommended to consult with a health professional or fitness expert for accurate measurement of body fat percentage.

Hi,
What would you estimate my body fat to based on latest photos in my profile?
5'11 200lbs

15% body fat: This percentage of body fat usually fits into the “lean and fit” category. Outlines of muscle can be seen, but there is not really a clear separation between them. Muscles and veins can slightly be seen, but are covered by a thin layer of fat. However, the overall body shape is present and can be noticed.
