Just depends on the amount of lean mass you got. Judging by your picture I would guess around 14-17 percent~

Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone is doing well. I’m in need of some advice. I’m currently 152 lbs and I’m 5’9. I’m not sure of my body fat percentage, but the pic below was taken on Monday evening. I’m very much a beginner and haven’t done much strength training. I’m in week 3 of a program and am doing a 5 day split. I’m currently in a cut, my nutrition breakdown is 1,875 calories, 188 grams of protein, 188 grams of carbs, and 42 grams of fat.
Ultimately I would like to get my body fat percentage under 10% and put on some muscle as I know I have virtually none. I'm having a hard time figuring out my current body fat percentage. I’ve had a DEXA scan, used the handheld monitors, and my scale to help determine the percentage. I think they are all inaccurate.
I have no issue with cutting and am pretty diligent with staying within my calorie range; however, I do tend to go over on carbs and be under on fat. My main concern about cutting is losing more body weight and looking sickly. I am working with an coach and he says to keep cutting until I reach 10% body fat. Once I reach that, then to start bulking and put on more muscle mass. I have seriously gone back and forth on this and questioning if I should continue to cut or not. Other than my concern about body weight, I have no problem with cutting.
My questions to you all are:
1. What would you guesstimate my body fat percentage to be?
One thing to note, I spent the majority of my youth and early 20’s overweight. My highest was over 300 lbs. I lost a lot of weight quickly, about 100 lbs in six months. Looking back on it, it was not done the best way, but I can’t go back and undo it. This has left a lot of loose skin, namely in my upper thighs, which you can’t really see here. I had the skin around my stomach removed. It’s my thought that this extra skin could partly be reason why I’m having a difficult time getting an accurate BF % reading. I also know that I hold a lot of the fat in my love handles/lower back, which isn’t visible.
2. Should I continue to cut? If so, are my macros on point or should they be adjusted?
3. Anyone else in the same boat in regards to concerned about body weight being/getting too low?

You're probably sitting over 20% BF right now. You're what most people on here would call "skinny fat". Don't be discouraged by that as it doesn't mean much, other than your body tends to carry more fat over your abs rather than evenly distributed. Lift heavy and bulk for 6-12 months, eat big, and gain 15lbs of muscle. Dont worry about fat gains. Then you cut. If you cut now, you wont look all that much better, just skinnier. Diet Diet Diet. Know you calories in and calories out and hit that protein goal (minimum 1.5g/lb). Good luck!

Yes stronglifts is a perfectly fine program I ran it during my last cut and was pretty good. Just pick either lean bulking or cutting and follow the program. I would advise if you choice to bulk to add some accessory work in to help with stronglifts program as it does lack some muscle groups being worked (bicep, tricep, ab, lateral raises, facepulls, pull ups etc)

Sitting isn't the best way to show off your physique I am afraid although you do look rather lean and built. So my guess would be around 16%.

Was 17 stone 4 in feb last year. Lost 7 stone (98lb) in around 9-10 months, which is why i have some loose skin and stuck around that since about a month ago.
A month ago i started fierce 5. Haven't put any real weight on as far as i can tell. I know weigh 10 stone 8 lb. Am supplementing with creatine and have started eating a bit more than when i was seriously losing weight. Currently have been consuming around 2200 cals. With the intention of building strength and muscle with Fierce 5.
But i am battling with myself on whether i should cut more or bulk a bit. So would.love some bf opinions and whether you think i need to cut or bulk. I have ordered some fat calipers but i understand they aren't perfect.

17-18%. The choice on this one is really yours as you will need to do both. Maybe cut another 10lbs then start a year long lean bulk from about 140lbs that way you will be in the clear level of being lean before bulking. Although I will note you will probably have more loose skin however this will go once you start gaining muscle.

About 14%. Depends if you want to look like a reborn Hercules or built solid like Zeus. To be honest mate you could do either if you cut you would look massive and will pull off the lean look. If you bulked you would look huge and will most likely find it hard buying shirts that don't rip.

Yep 14% would be my guess. You can see the core outline therefore in my eyes and most bf% scales you are lean and healthy. Therefore I would bulk it will have the biggest effect. Aim to gain about 2lbs a month on a small surplus of calories.
