abs I do cable crunches at the maximum weight (91kg I think) 4 x 30 reps
leg raises, side planks, normal planks, sometimes ab wheel
Also, squats, but it's all about the diet (obvs)

Tried to upload them in mybody space and when I press browse to chose the photo to upload, it turns on the Camera ! What am I doing wrong here?

I have omron scan which tells me I hve 22% fat but I dont know if it is true!
My goal is to reach 15% and start bulking.
How long do you think it is gonna take me if I am following my current diet which is 50% Protein 35% fat and 15% carb 1300 Kcl a day.
Taking CLA , L Carintin and Omega 3 daily with light 3 days a week exercise at home, wonder if it is posible without going to the gym for Wieght lifting.
Would love to hear from you guys.

Could be a long time... but don't fixate on that. Just get started! (And I also would recommend you do exercise in the gym, or outside rather than at home, unless you have a treadmill)

Also wanted to mentioned that when I frist started the wight loss journy 2 months ago I was 196 lbs with 30 bf% "omron monotor"
Now 149 lb. 22bf % But still have almost the same shape!

If you're eating majority lean and healthy your shape will change. You can lean out eating unhealthy food and it might have an uglier effect on the body, but you'll still lose weight. I think 22% is a good estimate.
