I did one of those calculator things with my measurements, and it said ~26%.
Should I continue cutting?
Not far from, I'd say 24-25%BF. Now you are not in desperate need of cutting IMO, since you're at a good bf% for a woman. I'd suggest lifting around maintenance calories to build muscle (you need it more), you'll make solid beginner gains by consistent lifting.

Took my time to do a background check here, as I remember you from a few weeks ago. You have lost more fat allover and currently I have you at ~13%BF.
Now it might be a fat distribution matter, but to me it looks like you are retaining water in the abdomen area... both are common so it's just an additional notice. Big visual difference incoming^^

Thanks, and good eye for that catch. Big visual difference as in more visible progress per pound since I hit that fairly lean catagory ?
Also, I am carrying more water as the pics I posted before I was strict about not going above 4k sodium, but recently i’ve been relaxed and using a bunch of high sodium toppings and foods. I’m trying to enjoy the cut and I’ll taper down sodium again when it stops raining where i am next weekish

First week of a 3 month cut and noticed I was leaner than I thought once the water weight was lost.
Anyone with an estimate for me?
Thanks!

Body fat percentage
This pic came almost 3 weeks after the last one I posted here.
Weight is 68kg/150lbs now
Height 172cm/5ft8in
What's your estimate?
-
I'm gonna say 18% you have a solid foundation, hit shoulders and traps more but either way good luck man 🙂👍

Yes, it's the range 8-12%BF where changes become more evident as you progress. Sodium plays a part relative to water intake, by the same principle as carbs do but at a leeserscale. I'd personally up protein and lower fat for cutting past 12%BF, becomes much easier to shed the extra pounds with additional waterloss, with raised TEF and improved fat turnover. Don't go too low on salt/water/fat though, just be sensible in your approach.

Some stretching there;-) But I think it's safe to say you're 11%BF... ab vasclularity and chest split should be evident as you get down to 8-9% if you're headed that way, that is.

Been cutting since the beginning of February. Before and current pics in my bodyspace profile. I am still learning the website/forums, so I apologize if the pictures are sized strangely. Started at around 190 lbs. and a waist of 37".
Current weight: 161 lbs. Height: 5' 9" Waist: 32"
Been following more or less a Fierce 5 program since I started. I have basically been treading water on my upper body lifts but making good progress on my lower body as it is catching up.
Bench: start 190-5 / now 185-5
OH Press: start 100-5 / now 105-5
Squat: start 185-5 / now 235-8
RDL: start: 155-5 / now 255-8
I plan to keep cutting a couple more weeks till vacation, take a break and enjoy the time with the family, reassess and then take it from there. Any and all recommendations welcome. Thanks.

Right now i’m just doing iifym approach with high carbs and calories vary each day depending on how much cardio i do. My weekly average this week is 300c/170p/45f. The water weight is largely because I love seasoning my food and using mustard and hot sauce so when i don’t care I can easily consume 10k worth of sodium

I hope to get to 12% body fat in 1 or 2 months max

Leaner back than front, with an average of 14.5%BF from what I can see. I agree on keeping cutting some more. Then do as you feel, there is no right/wrong in which direction to go... preferences should be first priority.

In between 16-17%BF There is more room for bulk, so keep it up.

Looks about 20%BF. Keep up the cutting until you feel done with it. Progress in lifting is #1 priority.

Looks good! Wouldn't lower fat with that setup (not at this stage)... might go for higher protein and cut some carbs, but it's good enough in my book for now.

Is it worth to cut more since I don't have much mass or continue next year?
I'd say you're at 16.5%BF. Now it really depends on your preferences, but I see slightly more benefit from adding muscle. That said... if you're a beach boy, then cut to ~14%BF or to end of summer. If you care less, then start gaining slowly^^

About 15%BF. If you want advice, small surplus and work to progress on a proven lifting program to gain muscle.

hey guys i'm about 6'1 181-182 in the morning right now and i can feel my ribs and see them if i suck in my stomach but i feel like i'm not too far away from 12-14% bf. Should i keep cutting if i can feel my ribs or am i too skinny? I feel like i will be pretty lean if i lose 8 more lbs but i am kind of scared to do it lol
Losing 8-10 lbs would put me at like 171-173
No pump/carb depleted

Hard to say for sure without a recent pic... but feeling your ribs isn't a criteria to stop cutting. I'd say continue until you get to that 12%BF or so, based on your post count and avi I'll just assume you have enough mass to do so:-)
