Around 20%.
I want to get to 10% or less before reverse dieting to maintenance, then lean bulking.
Am I anywhere near?

Thanks

You're pretty close. I'd say about 12%.
Could you estimate my bf %? I think it's about 16% but I am not sure...
weight: 167lbs
height: 6ft
Also should I do a clean bulk or cut? I would like some abs but at the same time I'm also not quite satisfied with my arms and shoulders...
PS sorry for the bad lighting haha :P

Thank you if I reverse diet back up to maintenance over ten weeks could I possibly get to ten % that way? if I keep up with the routine thats allowed me to lose 2lb a week

Not sure what you're describing. I don't know how you'll lose 2lbs/week eating at maintenance. In any event, you probably have 5-8 more pounds to lose to get to 10%

15-16%. I would lean bulk. You don't have enough muscle to have good abs yet. Aim for about 2lbs/month for the next 6-9 months and then cut back down. You'll probably need to repeat this a few times to get the physique you want.

I'm guessing high teens?
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 208 lbs
Age: 30
Bench: 275 lbs for 1-2 reps
Squat: 275 lbs for 3-5
Deads: 315 lbs for 1-3
OHP: 185 lbs for 1-2 reps
Haven't done 1rm lately for my lifts.
I've been working out regularly for a few years but only started up this diet and tracking calories for the last ~6 weeks. I was 223 lbs now 208.
My goal weight is 190 lbs, I hope to hit under 200 by mid September (4 weeks from now). First goal is to get down to low teens in body fat, a close second is to either gain or at least retain current muscle/strength.
I lift one body muscle group for a few exercises, sets 3-4, reps 8-12, hit abs every-ish day, trying to go heavy to get the abs to pop out and then I finish off with cardio either HIIT for 20mins or LISS for 30mins.
I also play a lot of tennis on tops of the workouts up to twice a week. I haven't taken many rest days because I haven't been feeling very tired or fatigued, which is kind of weird.
As far as my macros goes, I'm using MyFitnessPal to track my macros and calories. I have my settings to be 35% carbs, 35% proteins, and 30% fats. I'm getting ~2400 calories and should be losing approximately 1.5lbs a week. So far weight loss is good, I've been making minor adjustments since I've started. I'm constantly hitting my protein and fat macros and usually going under on my carb intakes. I'm thinking about readjusting to get in more carbs and less fats? Not sure what that effect would be, possibly just able to eat more food in general. Maybe even 40c/40p/20f? Could anyone relay the possible effect or benefit of such a shift in macros?
Also, I've been toying with the idea in my first two weeks of September just cutting out carbs altogether or something minimal like 50 grams of carbs a day just because I want to lean out a bit soon by mid Sept.

Would love an estimate guys..can't post pics yet but just remove the space in the link above.
Height: 6'4
Weight: 220 lbs
Bench press: 300 lbs
Squat: 315 lbs
Deadlift: 450 lbs
I do think I have some lean mass, aware of potential gyno and my guess is somewhere just around (over) 20%.

I'd say about 15%. I couldn't tell if you were flexing or relaxed in the photo. Macro splits don't matter. Just make sure you meet your protein and fat minimums.

Thanks, that's what I guessed also. How many lbs more to hit 12 %.
Can't wait to bulk up. Once I reach 10 - 12 % range, I can go on long-clean bulk.

6'0 167 lbs. I'm flexing my abs.
My own guesstimate would be 11-12%. I don't hold a lot of fat in my legs mostly abs and lower back. Some on my glutes but not a lot.

And Any advice as to whether I should keep bulking or try and cut down would be appreciated. I was an awkwardly chubby but scrawny 150lbs before, just curious where I'm at right now and What would be the most beneficial thing to do.
Thanks

Not sure if more pics needed, just looking for ballpark. Abs are lightly flexed. I want to get low enough so that remnants of spare tire are completely gone, whatever that happens to be. Lost about 35-40 pounds over past six months.

Sweet, thank you. Sounds like 170 lbs and I'm about done. What's a good next move? I only do bodyweight stuff (mainly handstand push-ups, decline push-ups, pull-ups and sprinting). - not sure if starting a weightlifting routine at my age makes sense, given pretty good results from bodyweight... in any case, thanks for the estimate!
