Great job! Difficult to say for sure with some loose skin but 18% is a ball park figure. Starting to build a decent base and you should enjoy your lean bulk when you get to it.

Looks to be around 20%. It's difficult to say for sure as (no offence) you don't have much muscle underneath as a base. I'd probably not cut much further and get on a solid routine with a surplus of calories if I were you.

Yeah, after losing 30 I'd focus on a year of gainz based on pics and stats. I mean you could spread 15-20 pounds gain over 10-12 months pretty easily. Especially if you taper gain rate down toward the end of year.
I'd stop focussing on BF% so much in your position and be happy with dropping the 30. Focus on training progress, and managing gain rate monthly or quarterly to prolong training progress.

Thanks! I really want to bulk now. But I will just get fatter if I bulk with 20%+ body fat. My plan is to cut until 10% then start a clean bulk because my body will be more efficient that way based on my research.
I just have a 700 calorie deficit. I don't know why I'm losing 2 lbs. per week. Probably because almost half of my carbs is from fiber. I love it though because it will make my cutting shorter. Do you think it's ok for me to lose 2 lbs. per week since I don't have much muscle mass anyway?

Hi guys. I've gotten back into regular lifting since working 2 jobs and I had gained a good amount of weight over the past year. I wanted to get bigger and then cut down. Currently OMRON has me about 19%. I've got a few pics and wanted to know if anyone can guess my fat percentage in them.
The percentages I wrote on them are only based on OMRON. I know how inaccurate they may be so I'm asking for eyeball figures... if possible can you guess for Now, July, April?

About 30% You don't need the glutamine. It won't hurt you, but once the bottle's done, I'd drop it from your stack

13-14% Sure. Just keep the weight gain gradual, so your bf doesn't climb up too fast. I'd aim for about 1kg/month.

I'd say you're about 19% now and were maybe 13% in the earliest picture.

Yes, actually! I may have moved off to the side in the first one just to get more light on me, but they were all taken at the same time.
I had to do a double take and question my sanity until I looked at the towel being folded the exact same way behind. I'll retake a few later in a better lit bathroom at work or something!
