A classic 17-18%.
The right shape is there although you still have a layer of fat covering it. Stomach pouch is small, lumbar fat is noticable but tapers with your side. No vascularity and minimal muscle separation.

I just dropped 17lbs after a 5 month bulk, gained fat too quickly, bad routine, just started bulk 1 week ago, really going to watch cals and barely go 200 above matinence doing ICF, planning on a 9 month lean bulk, should I cut the rest of the fat? or because I am lacking mass I should bulk 6+ months and then mini cut?

I'd lean bulk instead. If you keep your weight gain slow, 1-2lbs/month, you should be able to put on muscle without your bf% climbing. Then when you cut, you'll have more to cut down to.

Solid frame. Muscle separation, no striations thin layer of fat, no real heavy looking deposits of fat. Between soft and hard look. 14-15%. You're ready to cut lower and look shredded if you want it.

14 weeks of gym.
Lost a bit of fat during last 14 weeks. Joined gym for the first time. Can you tell me how far I came body fat % wise? I know it's just a start and I have a super long way to go. But loving this journey! I am 32, 5'9". From 245 to 230 lbs. I mostly lifted this 14 weeks, did minimal cardio and was on a high protein diet. Hence I didn't loose a lot of weight but lost more than 4 inch belly fat and gained on chest+arm.

How far to cut?
Should I lean bulk at 200 calories over surplus/day or continue to cut? Right now I'm 168 lbs and 5'11.5" and waist 35" relaxed. Started cut from 189.5 lbs and training age of 0 (untrained). My bia scale says I'm 20.0% body fat when I measure in the morning on an empty stomach after a number 1 and no food/drink. When I first started, the same scale said 25.0% body fat. My original goal was to go to 8-10% body fat, then go to maintenance for 1 week, then lean bulk at 200 kcal/day until hitting 15% bodyfat, then cut. Now I think I might just cut to 10% bodyfat, then do 1 week maintenance, then 200 calorie surplus daily. I'm thinking I might have to drop to 150-155 lbs to hit 10% bodyfat.
I saved 6 pictures on my profile from 7/11/17. If anyone could check them out to give me tips I would appreciate it. Thanks.

The same day actually. Given that I was estimated at 27% when I was 6kg heavier in April I think 23% seems more appropriate. Anyway I still have a long way to go. Thanks for the answer.

Not sure what you mean by stretching. If those photos are flexed, then I'd guess you're around 13% A few points lower if they were taken relaxed.
Also, keep in mind that there's some margin of error with InBody machines AND they measure fat that we can't see, e.g. fat around your organs. Usually they give bf% readings that are a few points higher than what you would get w/ visual estimates or calipers.

Hard to say. You've made good progress. My guess in the mid 30s in terms of bf%.

I'd guess around 18%. You don't have enough mass to cut to 10%. I'd cut 7-10lbs, which would get you around 15% and then lean bulk from there.

Can anyone give me an estimate of where I'm at? Long story short, I was skinny fat with no muscle mass about a year and a half ago. I did a quick cut and then bulked for about 15 months and went from about 167-190. I have a vacation to the Caribbean coming up in 3 weeks so I started another short cut about a month ago to drop a bit of fat before the vacation. After, I'll go on another extended clean bulk. I'm now at 182 and I'm 6'1". I'd guess I've lost about 3-5 pounds of fat so far the rest was likely water weight from the initial drop. The first photo is relaxed and the next one is flexed.

12-13% You're bang on the money. You have excellent fat distribution with seemingly little difference in definition between the torso and abdomen
