Probably 30-35? It's not much use worrying about bf% just stick to the grind

Hello, may I get an estimate on my BF% please? Pics in my bodyspace. I'm 5'7 and about 142lbs. Thanks
Hello there, I have been bulking for 2 months now and wanted to check if I was still under 15%. I had to diet for god knows how long to get down and I'm setting 15% as my max now to keep it in smaller chunks
Pic 0 was my starting in early July, around 170
Pic 1 is current, unflexed, around 178
Pic 2 is current, after a pump (also around 178)
I think 13% ish?
This is my first true bulk and I would appreciate feedback on how it's going as well or how the physique is (and what's lagging), even though that's outside of estimating bf%
12-13% is a fair assessment.

So I’ve been working HARD for 4 months, and my weight hasn’t changed which is fine because I was adding muscle, but my scale BF% is exactly the same at 32.5% which is obese for women… I am achieving all my goals except no longer being obese
I think I’m closer to 27/28%… can I get a second opinion please? I 100% understand I am no where near going on stage at a low percent but I don’t want to be unhealthy fat anymore.
I could definitely concur with around 28%.
Remember, no weight loss for that long of a period is an indicator that you are not in a caloric deficit. You need to lower your intake and/or increase your output.

20-21% ish. You definitely need to add muscle to your frame.

Maybe 18% ish.
Whats up guys. Can i get body fat % estimation ?
Pictures attached, all relaxed (or you can find the same pictures in my body space)
Some stats:
Age: 37
Current weight: 156 lb
Height: 5' 8"
According to us navy calculator: 14% body fat
Using calipers: 15% body fat
My nutritionist BIA device: 16% body fat
My bathroom's digital scale: 21% body fat
Waist: 30 inch
Also, could you advice me between keep cutting ( I was 220 lbs in january), start to lean bulk or try to do a recomp?
Thanks for your help

Thank you so much!!! I appreciate the advice!! I’m more worried about gaining muscle and losing fat now and I think my before and after pictures show me moving in the right direction regardless of the scale showing net zero loss. But I will definitely keep monitoring it, I hope to start moving the needle soon!

20-21% ish. Nice job on the weight loss but you lack muscle and need to get on a proven strength training program like Fierce 5 (see Workout Program forum stickies). Ideally you should have been strength training from the very start of your weight loss.
Recomps only work in a small very small deficit, and at 5'8" 156 you could actually lose a bit more so thats probably a good way to go. But the margin for error is small so you need to ensure your training and nutrition is on point.
Hi, could u guys help me estimating my bf%?

Thanks for your response.. yeah I wasn't buying being at the 15% range like the other numbers were saying, for once seems like my digital scale is going to be the winner.
I think I'm going to try to recomp for the next few months.. I was eating at 1300-1400 calories for the first half of 2021 and I just kinda need a break from that.. besides I also need to try to develop some muscle as you said.
Thanks again

I wanted to speed up fat burning to start clean bulking as soon as possible. How much bf do I have?
Hi guys,
Need body fat estimate. Photos in bodyspace. Im 32, 6 ft, 181 lb.
Have been working out for 1 yr but not much change. Do you think I need to bulk or cut and how much time gonna take me to have abs ? I just workout 3x/week and started following all healthy nutrition since 1 month. Have had a gyno surgery 7 yrs ago but still have some of it, thinking muscle gain will help it make it less visible. Thanks in advance.
BF % estimate?
Also, should I bulk or cut?
BF % estimate?

I don't have the best eye for it, but I'd say 20% and I would personally bulk for half a year. Arms look pretty good, but more compound presses and pulls would probably add a lot to your physique!
BF % estimate?
Also, should I bulk or cut?
closer to 20%, i'd personally cut simply to look better and live the lean life
M/32/5'10" [200lbs > 168lbs = 32lbs] (4 months) Looking to get down to 160/high 150's by Thxgiving
how much bodyfat i have?can someone give me an estimate?
I'm 5'10" and 175, down from 200 lbs. Goal is to hit 15% BF so that I can do first bulk. I guesstimated around 20% BF, but curious what the experts think. How much more weight would I need to lose to get below 15%?
started my bulk at 138lbs and have been bulking for 7-8 months my goal is to eventually get to like 170-180lbs lean but idk if i should cut now or continue bulking. what do you guys reckon my bf% is?

maybe cut around 10-15 pounds, then eat at maintenance and try to make some progress before bulking
Will you estimate bf% for the following two pictures taken a year apart? A blue face and a red face; red face is the most recent…. Thanks!
