How long do you think until I have a nice visible six pack?
Thanks!
22% and frankly you don't look like you have developed your abdominal muscles enough to have "a nice visible six pack" at really any body fat level at this point. Abdominal muscles like any other muscle have to be built up before they will appear well defined.
Damn really? I was thinking 10-12
I'd have said 7-8% too
To be honest, its harder to tell since you are posed and flexing in the photo instead of relaxed and pictured from the front facing forward.
^^^ This
I would have you a little higher at around 10% maybe a bit lower would need to see a relaxed front pic.

"Baby Shark" guy back again. Did a bulk over the last 5 months.
I'm 5'7" and 176lb, what % you think I am?
Pics aren't in the greatest lighting. I can see striations on the chest & shoulders. Have feathering on my quads and the Beginning of a Christmas tree.
What are my weak points? Strong points?
Bulk more or start cutting? Maintain?

From the 1st post of this thread.
"Best results will include full body pictures, in a relaxed pose, taken from front, side, and back"
Pictures of you posed and flexing will just hide fat and make you look leaner than you actually are.

I'd say 22% but you have a reasonable amount of mass so you look pretty decent

Really? Wow.
I was 17% apparently two months back. I went on a bulk and gained 2.5 kg and most of it was fat?! :(

They're all just guesses. If you got stronger in that time then some of it was likely to be muscle. Probably what happened is that you weren't actually 17% two months ago.

Hi guys, I would appreciate an estimate of my body fat percentage
Stats: 27 y.o., 6'1, 192lbs this morning, 4 weeks into cutting.
All 6 pictures in the link below have been taken first thing in the morning, completely relaxed. First 3 in natural sunlight, last 3 with bathroom lightening.
My Garmin Smart Scale says by body fat is at 19%. What do you think?
Thanks a lot in advance for the help!

A "two month bulk" isn't really enough time to gain much in the way of muscle, and it is very easy for people inexperienced with the process to mistake increased "size" with muscle gains. Generally when on a bulk, if your waist size is increasing, you are getting fatter.

18% -ish
Your genetics for fat retention are very good though as it looks to be distributed almost perfectly evenly over your whole body.

Currently, started to try and bulk already.

10-11% Lighting makes it difficult to tell. Either way, time to hit the weights and add some mass.

5’6 157 pounds. Profile pic is most current

Body fat guess?
Hey folks. Would appreciate your guess. I'm thinking about 16 to 18%.
Profile picisup to date.
Thank you

Hard to tell, the rules ask for a frontal pic for a reason. Also the lighting is pretty dim
Based just on that I'd say 15%
